Great service, quick turn an addressing car issues.

Great service, quick turn an addressing car issues. Loaner car was available the same day as requested appointment with 24 hour notice. Josh, Childers was professional and prompt. Great job MB of El Cajon!

on December 27 2023 went for my first service at 20,000

on December 27 2023 went for my first service at 20,000 miles for the 2022 Mercedes Sprinter... like always great customer service always polite Brian from service help me. Alex from(courtesy vehicle) , as I was walking I saw Thomas from Finance and Mike V and Enrique from the Sprinter department. Also KC Toma from auto sales at the entrance show me the new models of the SUVs (EQB & EQE). I saw the General Manager was busy with another customer and took the time to say hi!.. They do care for their customers and always take steps to make you feel comfortable. highly recommend bringing your cars for service or if you are looking for a new or used car tell them that Juan Manuel Rocha send you ;-)

Just excellent service!

Just excellent service! We were able to get a same day appointment. Joshua, our Service Advisor was friendly and accommodating. Helped us figure out a minor problem. Routine service took just a little longer than anticipared but Joshua made sure we had the transportation I needed. Everything you would expect from Mercedes!

Outstanding service

I was driving east in my sprinter RV when it suddenly went into limp mode. Fortunately Mercedes of El Cajon CA was able to get me for service early monday morning as the part was not in stock they provided me with a loaner car. I was back on the road Tuesday afternoon. The customer service they provided as was outstanding

I own a 2009 SL 550.

I own a 2009 SL 550. I bought the car when it was still under the certified warranty so I’ve been going to Mercedes of El Cajon for almost 10 years. They are wonderful people and I enjoy the relationships that I have with both Franco the customer service Person for repairs and my mechanic Jose who is very skilled at figuring out what is wrong with my car when I bring it in. I think he is an expert now in 2009 SL 550s. I love my car and I love the attention that I get from Franco when I ask for an explanation about a part or service. I would never take my car anywhere else. I know my 2009 won’t last forever and when it finally does go I will be back at Mercedes of El Cajon to find a replacement. If you need your Mercedes serviced, don’t hesitate to ask for Franco as your representative he’s the best.
