Welcome to Knox Drives home of the best used cars in Knoxville TN. We have worked hard to build a reputation for selling high quality used cars backed by extraordinary service. Most of our business is done with individuals who've never even driven the vehicle or seen it in person prior to purchasing. Only two things make that possible: unequaled quality and a high level of service. We offer a variety of car financing programs to meet the individual needs of our customers and provide our customers with a variety of extended warranty plans to protect their used car after a purchase has been made.

Dealer NEVER responded to my inquiry on truck

Dealer NEVER responded to my inquiry on truck availability. Would not recommend to anyone if they cannot reach out to folks interested in a vehicle that they have.

Buyer Beware

Spend your money elsewhere. These guys are crooks. They sell junk vehicles and worthless warranty. Spent over $17,000 on a Jeep wrangler within days it needed a new PCM which was not covered on the warranty and an oil pan gasket also not covered on the warranty and a starter. The manager (Patrick) is a weasel and Billy the salesman is just a pawn and from what Patrick says about the owner he's not much better than his sorry employees.

Avoid this place

Do yourself a favor…avoid this place. Paid cash for a $17,000 piece of junk! Car started having issues within 1 week of buying and nothing but trouble less than 1 year later. They are “less than eager” to help, citing the “as is” policy on used cars. You are simply out of luck.

Dishonest and incompetent

The most dishonest, incompetent, bunch of morons I've ever dealt with. Then when I try to review them on CarGuru they deny having dealt with me? I guess I should have expected nothing less than denying how you actually do business! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

DON'T DO IT! THEY WILL RIP U OFF!!

I found the car I wanted and test drive it, and I could afford it. It had a certain amount on the sheet stuck to the window, I was so excited and the guy that had been helping me look said " hey what about this on you can pay cash for it." As I proceeded to purchase the vehicle they had marked the price up $3,000! I said hold up I'm going to go get the paper in the window that says it's a different price. When I ran out side to get the paper they had taken it off. I told the salesman to tell him what the paper said and he said he didn't remember...WHAT WITHIN 5 MIN YOU ALREADY FORGOT?? I told them that they where not going to rip me off because with taxes and all that put me well over $10,000 where it should have been $6,788 with the taxes. He said he would come down some, I still ended up paying $2,989 more than I should have. The next week after buying the car everything stoped working, even the horn.. they wasn't going to do anything about it so I had to take it to an actual Nissan dealership and spent $1,000 more and it still needs work. SO PLEASE DON'T BE LIKE ME, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN THEY WILL DEFINITELY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! I should have known better when I walked up to the dealership because there was an elderly man in tears telling them that he just bought it and the salesman kept saying "sorry man nothing we can do."

Horrible Service

I should have know this would be a bad deal when I first contacted this place. They were very slow to respond. I was lied to about a check engine light. I was told the truck would make it back to Michigan. When we test drove the truck the turbo was shot. The truck had 6 bad codes that I never heard about even after I asked and they sent me a video of a clear dash truck. Not happy.
