The service itself was okay but the advisor did not tell

The service itself was okay but the advisor did not tell me up front about a credit card fee and I told him multiple times to please wash my car and yet when I picked it up he was still asking if I wanted it washed. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to wash it when it could have been done already. I also received a text to provide feedback to someone's email address if I was less than satisfied so I did and 2+ weeks later I have had zero response or follow up. I would rather take my car elsewhere for service where they understand what customer service means.

Eldin replaced a piece on my rear bumper that was

Eldin replaced a piece on my rear bumper that was damaged, I was not able to drop the truck off and they sent a team member to get the truck from my home. I am very impressed with the customer service. Thank You Very Much

Great service advisor.

Great service advisor. but techs can’t find / fix problems. Problem keeps coming back one / two months later. Vehicle is with dealer for one to two weeks.
