Zaki gave me outstanding service which made my whole experience absolutely top level. Zaki made the experience about me and the support I needed with speed access to a temporary car, including an upgrade to a larger car needed for the weekend.

VERY nice management, sales and staff.
VERY nice management, sales and staff. Unfortunately, quite disorganized but very well intended. The transaction took much longer than expected. Delivery by sales was good. Communication by sales was good.

They do a really good job of taking care of their customers. I bought my Bronco here and it isn't my closest dealership, but I plan to take my vehicle her for service instead of of 2-3 dealers that are closer. It's worth it.

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience. I brought my pickup in multiple times for the same issue, and the symptoms were never properly addressed. My concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously, and there’s been no indication that the team cares about actually fixing the vehicle. I expected expertise and a commitment to customer care, but I received the opposite. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed or ignored, and little effort was made to investigate the root cause of the issue. They largely ignored them, and there was no effort to go above and beyond or even fully resolve the problem. I expected much better from a Ford dealership. If you value your time and want your vehicle properly serviced, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

great service, the waiting was not as long as expected,
great service, the waiting was not as long as expected, but all is needed a snack bar as we got hungry and there was nothing to eat as snack. also the TV has only channel and the receptionist said it can't be change, it was all paid programming repeating again and again. . not so good,

Sales team was great.
Sales team was great. Dale and his manager was amazing. 5 starts for them. But the finance manager Wally made the whole process really frustrating. He kept pushing me to buy extended warranty and was rude when i resisted. He even lied to me that its Honda factory warranty when its a third party warranty.
