The eventual cost estimate was substantially more than I anticipated, but, after a discussion with the service rep, I agreed to the work. After receiving the car, we took a 500 mile trip and the car drove like new. I am so glad I agreed to all of the work performed.

They did not fix the issue.
They did not fix the issue. I’ll still have it. I have peaches and pictures of the Asian still going on and nobody’s helped me with this. I talked to Mark and acting like I’m stupid that I don’t understand what he’s saying, but I do. He’s telling me that he’s not responsible of the repairs of my vehicle. Well, I’ve been paying cash for this and also including my insurance. I don’t know how to talk anymore. They don’t wanna help me at all. This Is Art For dealer at Capital Expressway.

The service itself was okay but the advisor did not tell
The service itself was okay but the advisor did not tell me up front about a credit card fee and I told him multiple times to please wash my car and yet when I picked it up he was still asking if I wanted it washed. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to wash it when it could have been done already. I also received a text to provide feedback to someone's email address if I was less than satisfied so I did and 2+ weeks later I have had zero response or follow up. I would rather take my car elsewhere for service where they understand what customer service means.
