Me dañaron mi crédito cuando compré mi carro, me checaron

Me dañaron mi crédito cuando compré mi carro, me checaron mi crédito mas de 5 veces y me bajó muchísimo mi puntuación tengan cuidadado cuando vallan ahí a comprar por que su crédito les va a bajar mucho con tantas veces que lo meten para calificarlos, no vuelvo a Ford DGDG

OK experience.

OK experience. Didn’t appreciate the hard sell on the maintenance and wear and tear insurance from the finance guy. If you’re going to try and sell me on something, tell me what comes with the car first so I can make an educated decision. Also, he told me that Capitol was paying my first payment when I know it comes out of the up-front down. On the other hand, I liked Josh and Stephen was willing to do what it took to make the numbers work.

I want to express how thankful I am to Ford & all the

I want to express how thankful I am to Ford & all the employee's for 100% Job Well Done!! The Service is outstanding & I'm amazed @ the work & kindness they show. My Tech kept in touch w/me during the service, it's always been that way, from the moment I call for an appt till the valet who picks up drops off my car, for as long as it's there ,The team will make sure I am notified to let me know where there're at. So in short If I ever need to purchase another car it'll be a Ford. My friends loved my Explorer with all the great perks I get, they went out & bought one just like mine last year, they also love it. Thank You Ford, And all the employees who work for the dealership I have & Love....

I’ve had a great service experience for a routine

I’ve had a great service experience for a routine checkup. I only had to wait a few minutes in the queue when dropping off, staff is very friendly and the car was ready within just a few hours.

The work was done but communication between repair people

The work was done but communication between repair people and staff are slow. My car was ready and no one came to tell me. I had to go track someone down to see what was wrong. I went in for a new battery. All the electrical settings are out of wack except for the time.
