Friendly, efficient and quality are the three adjectives I think apply to Capitol Ford. The Expedition I purchased was better than the description, priced fairly and runs like a top. The salesmen were professional, knowledgable and helpful. I would buy another car from Capitol Ford.

I went to Capitol Ford to test drive a car and all the salespeople were very nice and they were not pushy. When I was done with my test drive, I thanked them and I expected a hard sell, but they just said it was nice meeting me and I was on my way. I went back the next day, after some thinking time and bought the car. It was nice to not be pressured and given the space to make such a big decision. Special shout out to Samantha who answered all my questions about the new tech in the car. I would buy a car from them again.

Just purchased a new Bronco from Dale at Capitol Ford. We came to Capitol because of my previous positive experience with their service dept. Dale was old-school, no xx, and we felt no stress. John in Finance was also very friendly and made things stress-free.

Terrible service department. Problem still not fixed. Troubleshooted and found problem myself. Still waiting on service manager Francisco to call me back. Technician left tape on vents causing a bad burnt smell throughout the inside of Bronco. This will be my third time returning to fix problem.

It is a clean center and nicely remodeled. The staff has good communication via text and call.
