Love Jim Murphy!!!!

Jim Murphy is awesome! They take the time to help me find the vehicle that's right for me. Mike Evans made sure everything was in order. He took the time to show me all the new functions on my new Tahoe. Mike was very knowledgable and easy to work with! Thank you again Jim Murphy!!!

Jim Murphy Chevrolet... THE BEST !!!

Dealing with Jim Murphy and specifically Mike Evens on the sales side was a dream come true. We were looking for a new car and Mike found it right away. In fact it was in Penn and they brought it up here. All the paper work associated with DMV, etc. They took care of without one hitch. Flawless. We were SO IMPRESSED that we were looking for an SUV to update for a trailer/hitch scenario. Once again with in 24 hours they had it here, prior to us even looking at it and all detailed and inspected out. So in a matter of 1 1/2 weeks we have two vehicles from Jim Murphy. Mike Evens (but really all the staff and ownership outstanding). If the finances are right, we are even thinking of buying a third car and trading in the last one. What can we say but the word that fits the staff and Mike Evans as... OUTSTANDING. That really sums it up.

Great People at this dealership

We went over to this dealership just to see what the new 2016 Cruze looked liked as I knew they had at least one there. We met Mike Evans and he showed us the car. I told him what we were looking for in a vehicle. We went in to his office and visited for a bit. After talking to his boss they gave us a trade in value for our car and it was right on the money what I thought it should be. We them priced out the car that I would be interested in, the model, color and options. As they did not have a vehicle like that, he said they would go looking a other dealers. They found one in Pennsylvania and brought it to Springville on Friday and we picked it up on Saturday. If you are looking for a small town dealer which we were than this is the place for you to go. They will absolutely bend over backwards trying to help you. Mike Evans is a very good salesman. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend you give these guys a look.

Customer Service

I highly recommend Jim Murphy's Dealership to everyone reading this. I have been around the proverbial block in my near 60 years, and never have been treated so well. Matt Verel and Guy Gabbey Jr. were amazing. What a pleasure to deal with two young men so respectful, and courteous. I was apprehensive about shopping for a vehicle because in times past the salesmen had a very condescending attitude toward me because I am a woman. These two gentlemen were so attentive and kind and patient, and never once talked down to me. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and actually listened! Their advice was spot on, and I am so pleased with the vehicle they recommended. We will be back for all of our future purchases. I think they both deserve a raise, they were excellent in every sense of the word.

Customer service

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. From the time I arrived at the lot, until I drove my new vehicle home, it was a pleasurable experience. Matt Verel and Guy Gabbey were with me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle for me. I never felt like I was being pressured, that's one thing I was nervous about. Guy even checked in with me a couple of days later to see if I needed anything. Thank you so much. I love my new Equinox!

Excellent car buying experience

We just bought a used Chevy Equinox as our second vehicle. From the moment we walked in, the salesman Guy Gabbey was very helpful without being pushy. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to match the perfect vehicle. Well, everything we wanted except the heated seats which are being added to the vehicle to close the deal. ? Guy spent a considerable amount of time with us going over lots of options: we considered leasing a new vehicle vs. buying the used one; we priced out 2 different trade- ins or no trade- in. We took the Equinox home for an overnight test drive. After we finally made our deal, Guy spent more time going through all the car's technology features - even setting up our phones and the onstar (that was new to us). We are very satisfied with our car buying experience at Jim Murphy Chevrolet.
