Sales staff was great. Very friendly and honest. I'm sorry that I can't say the same for the body shop, or the owner, Tim Gilliland. We purchased a new explorer and there were some paint imperfections. We were assured the body shop could fix it. Over 10 visits and 4 months later they are worse than before. We requested a meeting with the owner. He ducked out on us 3 times and will not meet with us. We are now in contact with ford and the lemon law. This could have been resolved with a competent body shop and a dealer who tries to work with customers.

Great car lot
Staff was friendly and greeted me immediately. My salesman was Kenny and he did everything he could to get me a great deal and the best price for my trade. It was nice to be talked to properly as a woman buyer, he talked to me directly and not my husband. Overall, it was a positive experience and I recommend them.

PATHETIC!
Scheduled an appointment to have vehicle serviced and when arrived to pick up vehicle it had not even been pulled into to be worked on. Was told to leave the vehicle till tomorrow and maybe they could service it then. Unbelievable!!!!!
