Routine service period. They provided through and excellent service. A loaner car was provided when service took longer than planned. They delivered our car to our home when finished. Great job !

Service was great at Audi Fort Myers Only disappointment
Service was great at Audi Fort Myers Only disappointment was the cost. Audi as a company had the highest service and part cost when compared to Mercedes Benz and Ford (my other vehicles) for comparable work.

The service department, Zachary and the service
The service department, Zachary and the service department foreman (sorry forgot his name) were awesome to deal with! Very professional and just very nice people. They educated me about something on my A6 and spent time checking out my car and didn't charge me although they really had every right to! I would highly recommend this dealership, and I know where I am going when I'm ready for my next one! Thank you so much guys!

Excellent experience. Very friendly and not pushy. Would buy a car anytime from Kevin Longwell Very nice showroom. The finance office did not push added warranty but did a great job in explaining each one
