We recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 SQ5 and love it! we worked directly with Elvis who was knowledgable, timely and provided us with excellent... service. The pricing was unmatchable! even with shipping costs directly to Denver, Colorado. we would definitely recommend this dealership and sales professional.
Overall, my experience with Audi Des Moines was a very pleasant one. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and I felt I was treated professionally.... They also arranged for a convenient mid point delivery on the day I selected. My only issue is I had some difficulty getting my final paperwork sent to me. While part of the issue was due to vacations and holidays, I felt I should have been able to take paperwork home with me when I picked up my car. But. I finally made headway and the information was sent to me. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would purchase from Des Moines Audi in the future.

The salesman was't feel very helpful and professional. Easy to deal with. Didn't feel pressured to do things on his timeline. Have bought other cars... from Rob and knew that I would get good service.

Came in without being scheduled as I travel a lot. The team got me in and actually turned me in about an hour. I really appreciated them working me in.... All of my dealings with the service department over the past 5 years have been good. I really like the new video that is sent nice touch to give a new experience.
General Sales Manager
First I love my car and have felt well served until recently. However I have an unresolved issue with my S5 and feel like i now have no recourse to get... it resolved even though the car is still under warrantee. The car intermittently and unpredictable will not start. Turns on but does not engage the starter. When it occurs and u jump it ....it starts immediately. I've had the car in twice now for service and each time it is returned with no fix and no idea of next steps. When I asked what next to get this resolved I was told I should call Audi USA. ??? Lithia is my dealer...shouldn't you be calling Audi?? I have been told there are no codes and no service bulletins on the issue. I have provided a video of what the car does when the issue occurs. I know the tech was not able to recreate the problem. I get this is a challenge but I have seen no other solutions presented. Try something. Replace a computer or battery or something but telling me this is my problem and to call Audi is not acceptable. Disappointed and hopeful this will be resolved. I love the car....accept for this.
