Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Staff acted as though I was inconveniencing them. Sales team was loud and unprofessional. I couldn’t tell if I was in a business or an drunk frat party. Who ever was in-charge of those employees needs better customer service training.

Sold me a car that was not reconditioned before I took it

Sold me a car that was not reconditioned before I took it home. It developed a power steering whine in less than a week. At least the shop had the decency to call me to tell me it was not reconditioned. I took it back to them for service at their expense. They had my car for almost a month after I had only had it a week. Now - I finally received my plates. However, they are not the blackout plates I paid extra for!!! I’ve been trying to get this issue resolved but NO ONE has contacted me regarding the plate issue. I won’t ever buy a car from this place again.

Quick and easy. Work done in a timely manner. My only criticism would be that nobody went into detail on what they saw while performing my service.

We had a great buying experience at Audi Des Moines.

We had a great buying experience at Audi Des Moines. There were a couple of aggravating issues including having the wrong VIN number on our loan papers, registration, etc. which required us to return and redo signatures. My other issue is with the memory of my Q5–favorite channels among other things, do not stay saved. I took the car in and basically learned that Audi needs to release an update to fix this issue.
