As always service was perfect. Booked at a convenient time. They were expecting me. Kept me informed of progress. Sent a video inspection (which is great). Car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. My experience with Audi Service here in Des Moines has ALWAYS been this way.

I took my car in for an oil change and to have the winter tires put on. As I left the dealership, I was greeted with a tire pressure warning. Turns out, they didn't check the tire pressures and update the pressure monitor. After a week at home, I noticed a large pool of oil on my garage floor. I had to take the car back in to have the oil drain plug tightened. This took over an hour. As I left the dealership again, I noticed the oil level on the MMI showed it was barely above minimum. They didn't even top off the oil after all of this. The icing on the cake is that I now get to go home and mop up the oil on my garage floor.

The service was prompt the communication was clear and I enjoyed seeing the video analysis that was emailed to me. Will recommend to others. Thanks!
