Joey Simon was beyond patient as I drove car, after car, after car!! My anxiety makes it very difficult to commit to decisions (even small ones), and... buying a car is no small decision.... I was looking for a new car for my wife and we found a 2014 Acura RDX we liked and made a offer that the countered and I accepted it but it was 830pm on... a Saturday night so we agreed to finish everything Monday morning.now comes the switch I texted the salesman that we were on our way and he replies saying grate and that the price was he sent me to confirm was 1k more than Agee’s on so I told him so and his response was ,that’s the price today.i called the store manager and the more I talked to him the hight the price went.i just hung up the phone when he got 1500 more than the agreed upon price.be very careful when dealing with these people.
Ben, we appreciate your review. We agreed on terms with you and you elected to wait until the next business day (Monday) to consummate the deal - we ...have no problem with that at all. However, in the meantime another customer came in and purchased the car before you did. This is our company policy to sell the car to whoever is prepared to buy it unless there is a deposit on file, which you did not leave. We cannot indefinitely hold cars for customers and they are all available for immediate sale. We do not "Up" prices and will ALWAYS honor what ever we have advertised. Some customers will try and negotiate the price lower, like you did, and sometimes we can accommodate this and other times we cannot, we do not ever "Up" prices. We wish you the best on your car search and hope you find a great one.
The recent hail storm totaled our car and we dreaded having to buy another one simply because buying a car ranked right up there with buying a house -... 2 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES we all must do. We really were surprised when our buying experience went so SMOOTHLY - and was HASSLE FREE ! From when we first called ValuCar inquiring about a used car we had seen online and having Sales Consultant CHRIS HIBBERT answer the phone to finalizing the sale with Fiance's AARON V., the ENTIRE process was HASSLE-FREE ! Chris was a super nice guy who actually listened to what we needed in terms of financing and after only one offer from ValuCar we got pretty much exactly what we wanted ! Aaron, who finalized and completed loan paperwork, was just as nice and very helpful explaining everything ! We are not 'young' customer, both of us are 70+, and this is ABSOLUTELY the EASIEST and ONLY HASSLE-FREE dealership we have EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM ! CONGRATS to Phil Long ValuCar for making our day !
The website was a great start to setting up our test drive. Chris was attenative to our needs and made sure that we were able to get the car we wanted... at a fair price and more! Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Good experience. Not pressured. The only bad thing is I wish they had a hard copy of the manual for the card I purchased
I found a used car online and stopped in the dealership to see and test-drive it. The car was not available as it was being driven by a manager. I scheduled... an appointment to come back two days later, and when I arrived, the car was available, but the manager had the keys with him and we had to track him down to get them. When I drove it, the car was filthy, had trash in the drink-holders, in both front and back seats, and the floors were very dirty. I understood they had not gotten to it, so I drove it and was very pleased with how the car handled and drove. I then asked if they could put together financing and call me with rates and payment amounts. The dealership called me that afternoon and gave me an interest rate of 7%, but could not provide me with a specific rate, saying they wanted to estimate high. I told them I would take the car and set a time the next day to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. When I arrived the next day, the car was still filthy and nothing had been done to clean it. When I made the decision to not take the car, they immediately offered to clean it, if I would wait around a few hours. I said I would not, so they promised me they would give me a coupon for a free detailing if I would take it. I agreed, but told them I was not able to wait around and since they did not have any paperwork done, asked that they rush it. It took about an hour, which I appreciated, They found me an interest rate of 4.19%, which the manager had with him. I signed the paperwork and took possession of the vehicle, which they had quickly cleaned and vacuumed. After I left, I found more garbage in the back seat cup holders. I realized they hadn't given me the coupon for the detailing, I have heard nothing from them since.
