I really like the car and the process was well managed as

I really like the car and the process was well managed as I had the car shipped from out of state. The online updates were great! After my test drive I mentioned to my sales agent Frank Salamat and his manager Jay that there was an issue with the automatic rear screen on the E400. It does not work properly and I was assures by Frank and his manager that I would get a call to get this fixed, I have called on 4-5 occasions and have not had any follow-up. I would really like to get this fixed and would appreciate a call to schedule an appointment.

The best experience. Very simple, straightforward, friendly service, make you feel like old friends, super fast transaction, and no negotiation! What else can you ask for?

This is the second time we have purchased from CarMax. Great inventory. Cars are clean, easy access on the lot for viewing. Great overall experience and great customer service. No pressure, forms and process well explained.

Easiest dealer buying process ever.

Easiest dealer buying process ever. Usually, walking into a dealership is like entering a black hole - spending hours and hours. We had an appointment, didn't wait long to see a salesperson, the vehicle ready for a test drive, and the price was exactly what they had quoted. Trade-in was equally convenient, even more so. The online trade-in tool is very easy and saved a lot of time and back-and-forth negotiating. Usually, when I buy a car, I feel like I need a show when I get home. Felt really great driving out with our new car. I will buy from CarMax again!

Process was smooth.

Process was smooth. I had the car delivered test drove it the time allowed for this was too short. Got my car appraised and did not like offer so no trade in at the time of purchase. Disappointed needed to buy Manuel. Also odd that previous owners info still in system. The person who helped me was excellent and made process great.
