Very easy purchasing process. I knew what I wanted, there were no price games or haggling, and there were ZERO unexpected fees or snags in the purchasing process. I didn't wait around, and didn't feel like they wasted a whole bunch of my time in the process. As far as I can tell the money back guarantee is simple and solid (though I didn't return my car, so I guess I can't say for sure). I've already recommended CARMAX to a neighbor. If they don't mess up their model in the future, I'd buy again from these folks without hesitation.

It was a pretty simple transaction. I test drove a couple of cars and made my decision. I bought the extedned warranty to have a sense of peace for the next 5 years. The fact they provide a rental car sold me. After I bought the car I took it to my mechanic who said it was in good shape and a good purchase.
