Everything was up front and stress free. I like being able to shop online without being pressured. Very smooth process.

I was lied to about the extended Max care Warranty. I was told after I pay the deductible, the warranty would be responsible for the rest of the bill. Ths was complete fabrication,fraud and lie. So please let one the CarMax representatives lie you and defraud you with fake CarMax Warranty.

This was the easiest and least stressful car purchase I’ve ever made. Being able to look at vehicles on the lot without being harassed by salesmen is key, and it gets better from there. Ready access to full reports on each vehicle is a plus too. And they are close to a bus line so getting there without a car was super easy. Five stars.

Facility is bright, open, clean and inviting. All team members welcoming offering coffee as we waited for our appointment with the sales rep.

I have bough enough vehicles to know a good place when I see one. This place was amazing. I had a few hiccups along the way. They did everything in their power to work with me and make me feel like a valued customer and not just a sale. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted. It was exactly as advertised on the website. Looked even better in person. A shout out to Honor and the supervisor crew, you know who you are. She was absolutely amazing. Everyone there I had dealings with was super great. I recommend this location 100%. I will definitely consider this place again for future purchases.

Took delivery on a Saturday which I know is a very busy time in a store. The car was transported from CA and there were some damages incurred along the way, however the staff was very accommodating at making it right. All in all I think we were there about one hour which I think is very reasonable. I’ve had a few questions since delivery, and everyone I’ve talked with has been very helpful. It was a very smooth transaction and I would highly recommend.

The whole process was super fast, easy, and clear. So much better than my experience at a local dealership. They even sent a locksmith to my house to reprogram a glitchy key fob. Great customer service!!
