Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Tre, who helped me through most of the process of me picking the car, test driving it, and selling my old car was very helpful, understanding, and a pro. His manager (whose name I can’t remember) was really great as well. When I had an issue with the vehicle a week later, a manager Christopher helped me get it resolved quickly and effortlessly, at my closest service center. It’s the second time I’ve purchased from this Carmax and this experience is exactly why!

Carmax is always very professional and thorough. This was the second car I bought from them and I will be back. I have no hesitation recommending CarMax for your next car

Everyone I worked with throughout the process was so helpful! Brian with pre-meeting (post-reserving the car for a test drive), Jim when going in for the actual test drive and signing papers, Alexis throughout, and Vik for post-buying service. Many appreciations for making everything easy & smooth - and going above and beyond to help fix one small item that was damaged. Would recommend!

It was what I would think is a "normal" experience: no haggling, no "Let me talk to my manager", followed by the sales rep disappearing for a half hour....they just sold me a van!

It was a fairly streamlined experience. I think, in retrospect, I wouldn't make a 7pm appointment to test drive if sincerely interested in purchasing the vehicle. This resulted in me feeling a bit rushed at the end and resulted in some of the paperwork not being explained as thoroughly as I anticipate it would have had everyone not been trying to get out of there closer to their closing time (8pm).

My experience at this Carmax location was horrible from beginning to end. I’ve been a customer at another Carmax, located in MN, and my experience there was the complete opposite compared to here. I would never ever recommend anyone to this location. Not only due to their numerous errors but also the way the staff at this location including the general manager treat people. The only people here that were wonderful was Sam, Destiney, and Brian. Everyone else, mostly higher ups at this location were awful to work with.

We asked for someone to help us with our specific accessibility needs in finding a new/used car ASAP, and received exceptional help from Gunika Sharma, who immediately figured out what vehicles we should try. And when we found the right one, made the purchase process easy and reassuring. Am so grateful for the help in a difficult situation.

In all my years of buying a car, this was by far the easiest and most satisfying experience I’ve ever had. Buying a car is usually stressful, but the Madison team made the process seamless and enjoyable. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Jim Ponce was my salesperson and delivered outstanding, professional five-star service from start to finish.
