Be careful!!!

Called about a car. They said it was a new acquisition and had to go through there maintenance and they would call-when it was done. They said we would have first shot at it. When we went to see if they were done, they said it was sold!!!! Not a good way to treat customers!

NOT VERY HAPPY, love my new traverse but......

not sure who does your safety checks, note i am am an ASE Certified Master technician. Shane the salesman is aware but said he quit? you sell junk.. note just made my 2nd pmt, i have already had to replace a wheel bearing, rear blower motor, rear wheel speed sensor, and now the power steering pump is going. Shane claimed he would take care of this. NOPE. i want reimbursed. you guys did clean it up nice, your lack of safety inspection is a joke, and i also never got the carfax shane was too worried about taking a picture. highly suggest you make this right. i have been in touch with shane, but again...... he QUIT????

suv driver

I bought an SUV here on 2/6/21 and have had buyers remorse ever since. Oh, it's a nice SUV, but I feel that I was pushed into a purchase. I only went to look. They don't allow that. They get you ok'd with financing first. Then they push you into the sales cycle and unless you're strong and buck them, you're walking out with a new car.They make you a good deal, but don't sign anything til you read the fine print. They don't tell you the price of the vehicle til the end. I agreed to a 4 year loan, but ended up with a 6 year loan. And after driving this SUV a couple days, I don't really like it. I guess I'll get used to it. Don't go here to just look at cars. Don't go alone. If you are ready to buy that day, demand to see the price of the vehicle before you sign anything. They pretend to be looking out for you, but face it, they're selling used cars.

beware for dishonesty

Sold me a car that is non functional, told me to bring the car back and they would recommend a mechanic. Will never go here again and will encourage other people I know to stay away. The car is unsafe to drive if/when it snows, so was not able t bring it to them to look at, very untrustworthy business.

The Man

The car we bought broke down Within six to seven weeks after we bought it. They told us it had a 90-day warranty with it. Unfortunately we didn't get it in writing we took the man on his word. Which you should never do especially at that place. Spoke to the manager he said he would return our call and never did would never shop there again.

They are Terrible

The some xxxxin liars in there Don’t Shop here unless u want to get ripped off The management is weak at best the cars are trash and the sellers are not trustworthy

the dont inspect cars and trucks fully like they s

I had nothing but issues with my truck since I bought it and now its in there shop cause they have to fix another sales person screw up

I am sorry for your bad experience Melissa. After I did some research I noticed you purchased a 99 Expedition over a year and a half ago. I am not sure what problems you had with the vehicle during the first year and a half but I do know you are having problems with the transmission now.
