Had a great experience with purchasing my 09 Nissan murano. I had only one small problem. It was with my starter on the vehicle. But the Mechanics in the back B.K and Ramior fix it for FREE. Gave me a loaner car for the period of time worked on my vehicle. Thanks Guys!!!! really appreciate you. Best mechanics in town. Need your car fixed go see them asap.

Purchased a vehicle back in Nov of 2016. Once I left the lot it was down hill. Punctured tire with slow leak. Stabilitrack errors..car stopped on me several times..missing bolt on batter cable..oil pan repaired with silicon..I can go on and on. I have been fixing the veh in pieces. Got behind on 3 payments trying to fix the veh....got new car insurance and canceled the other and was told my vehicle was towed because I didn't keep insurance on the car. The car never went without insurance. Got it on Friday and figured it would be turned in on Tuesday due to the holiday...but they didn't notify me to even ask me. I have been working crazy hours trying to get money to fix it but they don't understand that. First and last time using this place.

Went not expecting to get approved, but Simon proved me wrong. We were approved in just minutes (literally) and we got the vehicle we wanted. The entire process was the best I ever had at other dealerships. Getting insurance takes longer than getting approved. I highly recommend that you at least give them a chance.

Cars and Credit Master is the place to buy a car! I just purchased a 2008 Mercedes C300 and I'm beyond excited!! This car is beautiful, clean, no wear & tear visible, looks brand new if you ask me & to top it off it has great mileage! Alberto Flores was awesome, he took care of us wonderfully. Never had I'd been to a cars sales place that ran things so smoothly. It took us longer to try out & decide on a car than it took him to approve us & fill out paperwork!! He made things short & simple, I will definitely recommend my friends & family to him when they need to purchase a vehicle. ;)

Man I've bought a few cars in my day and I must say that Jason was by far the best car salesman I've ever worked with! I did a online app and Jason followed up with me and from the jump he was straight up, honest, and spoke with integrity not greed.He not only got me the truck i wanted ( 2004 Acura MDX) he was able to put my fiancee in a 2012 Ford Fusion with the payments we wanted.
