My experience buying a vehicle from Choice was smooth from beginning to end. No big dealer scenario. This is the second purchase, BTW. The employees here are very friendly, honest, trustworthy and helpful. Would recommend them anytime. Great place, people and inventory.

Tried to scam me told me car was fine was missing a skid plate, missing center wheel cap and a oil leak that was “ok” at the time but could’ve cost me decent amount of money later they signed a paper saying they were gonna fix it before I bought it then continued to say they weren’t going to fix it and then they bought the part and expected me to put it on cause they didn’t have time for some reason time opened up once we threatened lawyer funny how that works Ron has a harsh personality and the younger guy is nicer but don’t let home fool you

I hate buying vehicles at dealerships. We found an Explorer we liked here and were able to test drive it fairly quick on a busy Saturday. RJ helped us out even though he was the finance guy, as the other sales people were occupied. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and had experience doing many things in the world of car sales. After we decided to buy it they let us take it home while paperwork was processing as we needed a vehicle due to totalling a car accident with a deer. That Tuesday my wife and I went to to sign the papers. Overall we spent easily half the time to purchase a vehicle that large places require and received a very good rate. RJ went above what I'm used to with service and even gave me his personal phone number. He did extra work to find us a better interest rate than we were quoted initially. It does have a very small office so I rated the facilities lower. Also if a few people are there it's busy but they do a good job of dealing with it. So if you don't want to deal with hassles and don't have much time check them out. It's a small lot owned by Tenvoorde. I was nervous about that at first as I wondered if they would dump cars here they don't want to sell at the dealership but that doesn't seem to be the case. You get the benefits of the maintenance department of the big dealership with the experience of a small lot with very good and laid back sales people. I'm going here first the next time I need a vehicle. Also, some of their vehicles are bought from Arizona. Nice option if you want to avoid salt. To conclude, this small lot is great if you don't like going to a big dealer, desire a clean used vehicle, and don't have time to spend all day on the purchasing process.

Staff was very prompt at responding to my online inquiry and had the Ford Edge ready for me to drive first thing in the morning. RJ and John were very professional and showed me some great options. We closed the deal that morning and after my trade-in I drove home in my new (used - 2016) Edge.

I bought a 2000 gmc sierra 1500 pickup from them with 147,xxx miles on it and a year later the motor blew up. No warrant and I was ok with that because its a used vehicle Then I discovered that the mileage on the ecm print out is 100,000 more miles than what the odometer says!!!! Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

After looking for over a month for a GMC Yukon XL, 1st Choice Auto got one in, and the next day we were driving it home. By far the best car buying experience we have both ever experienced. Chase made us feel very welcome and comfortable during the entire experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles, and just a great down to earth guy, not a pushy salesman. I do not like car shopping. My days of driving from lot to lot have been over for quite some time. I found a van online offered by these guys that I liked and was fairly priced. The ad was very specific with numerous pictures and a good description of features. I was able to tell that I was interested in it before I even got to their lot. Eric was very helpful and friendly and was able to shoot me a fair trade value for my van. We were able to make a deal in no time at all. The van is 10 years old with normal wear and tear, but they had it cleaned up so nice it seemed much newer. All the paperwork went smoothly and I was back on the road quickly. Thanks a lot!
