The prices kinda suck. They tend to be higher from traditional dealerships since you can't haggle. However, you also don't have to sit there and argue since it's a set price. But the Experience was good, worked with Anthony in the RENO, NV office. He was very pleasant to work with. Made the process really easy took about 2 hours, including the test drive. If I had to work with him again in the future, I would.

It was so easy to buy from CarMax. I love their computer system, it made it easy to purchase. I knew how much I would receive for my trade in and exactly how much I would pay for the vehicle I chose online. I was able to do this all from my computer without a phone call from a high pressure salesman. The paperwork at their office was fast and easy, with no doc fee, that's amazing! What other dealership does not charge a doc fee. I would definitely purchase from them again.

No pressure to buy car. Both showrooms were prompt at appointments. Not sure why tires were not quality checklist item but when I brought to attention after test drive, quickly agreed to replace tires before purchasing
