Car Castle

Unbelievable. Car Castle is the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They suck you in with low prices online, but as soon as the salesman called, he hit me with the truth—the actual price was nearly $15,000 higher! Are you kidding me? Fifteen grand in bogus "extras" they don’t bother mentioning anywhere until you’re already hooked. False advertising at its worst. I tried to get straightforward answers through email. Guess what? They wouldn’t give me any. Just a bunch of "Let us call you" messages, like I have all day to play phone tag. If I wanted to waste hours talking in circles, I’d join a scam hotline. I don’t care if the salesman was "nice." That’s not enough to hide how crooked this operation is. They prey on people who don’t notice the fine print. And when you finally see the hidden fees? Too late—you’re already there. This isn’t just shady. It’s predatory. Do yourself a favor: Avoid Car Castle like the plague. I wouldn’t trust them with a single penny of my money.

Called in middle of night to come and look at nv3500 I am disabled and was cinematic avoid leg space! This guy starts calling or texting at 8am when I ask my concerns he said He will get back to me by 10am when opens!! I'm waiting ands waiting so I call back!! He won't give me answers to questions and tells me he has someone coming from Az to buy so he will call back if it doesn't go thru!! I'm irate at this Salesmen then he calls a couple hours later to tell me thru didn't qualify and when do I want to come see!!! He was so rude from beginning that it turned me off!! I was going to pay cash but would not buy from rude people!!!!

Very untruthful, in fact many of their representations are boldface lies. They hide costs and tell you prices but when you get to the check writing stage they up the price without disclosing the increase. This is a horrible company
