Call before you go. This isn't Seattle, They aren't open like the city dealers. To the Karens and Chads who are complaining about their hours, go buy elsewhere.

Called the day before to make sure someone would be there because I was driving from Seattle. And to my surprise nobody was there. After reading some of the other reviews of this place this isn't the first time this has happened to someone. I'm normally not someone to give a business negative reviews but I said I called the day before for this exact reason to make sure they would be open and they said they would be

Drove 3 hours each way to come buy a motorcycle from them. Sales guy said they'd be here. Website says open. No one here. Spoke with the owner. Says he's not feeling well, and so decided not to open shop today. When I asked why he didnt update online to reflect that they're not open today, he suggested it was my fault for not calling tonmake sure they'd be open (which we DID do yesterday and they said they'd be open today!) Now I get to drive 3 hours back home. Thanks for wasting 6 hours of my only day off in 2 weeks.

I apologize that i was unexpectedly ill. We are a small business and sometimes that happens. I did offer to bring the motorcycle to you when i was going to be in your area the next week but never received a reply.

I purchased a Subaru via the internet from Gray Motors, sight un seen. Drove over a couple of days later and found the car to be as described. I wanted some maintenance done before I took the vehicle, Ernie Gray arranged the work and agreed to pay a portion of the work without my asking. Because the dealership was in Port Angeles Wa. and I am in Edmonds Wa. a ferry boat and 55 mile drive away, Ernie agreed to deliver the Car to the ferry dock, so that all I had to do was ride the ferry over to Kingston and pick up my car at the dock. Car purchase was quite painless, service and customer care excellent. They have a very good selection of cars, and sales tax is lower in Port Angeles. Give them a try.
