Recently, my wife's X5 lease ended, and we reached out to Kevin Commissiong, and he was able to find a 2026 X5 in Texas that was the correct color (inside and out) and it had every option that we wanted, and he was able to secure the vehicle for us. Within a few days, the new X5 was here and ready to be picked up. When we got to the dealership, the X5 was waiting for us in the special showroom, and within less than an hour, we had signed the papers and were ready to drive it away. Kevin did a super job, very friendly and professional throughout the process. We love this dealership and have been doing business for almost 30 years! The entire BMW team, from Crawford Atkins on down the line are just the very BEST. We highly recommend this BMW dealer, Kevin, and also the Service staff. Interestingly, we rarely come in for anything other than the annual service visit.

We had such an amazing experience working with Jessica Wade Easley! She made everything so easy and stress-free. Jessica Wade Easley is the reason we felt so comfortable moving forward with our BMW i4. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on electric vehicles and all the technology that comes with them. Her approach is warm, patient, and genuine — she truly makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!

Jessica Wade Easley made our entire experience seamless from start to finish. Her customer service is truly top tier — she made us feel like family the moment we walked in. I had a nail in a tire also an ambient light that was out. The tire was replaced at 583.00, the light was not repaired because I was told it was back ordered. No time line was given when it would be in, the wax in the new tire was not cleaned off. I had asked for someone to go back over the internet and other items, I was told when I was back in they would get the expert to cover it. When I picked up the car they were extremely busy. So no one offered to cover it. This is my first BMW it drives good but the service is lacking drastically..

In working with Bruno Corvers, I found a disciplined professional with a full knowledge of his company’s product offerings. Bruno possesses an array of complementary customer service characteristics that I found reassuring and very helpful as I was negotiating the price of a vehicle from his dealership. He looks out for both this company and his customer and very straight-forward in his explanation of prices vs product. I will recommend Bruno unquestionably to any one considering a vehicle purchase.

This is my second time doing business here and everyone was helpful and was treated very well .I tried to buy at a dealer in Fort Walton and they treated me like ai couldn’t buy a car on there lot ..I will be a return customer even with the two hour drive to Tallahassee
