Very Pleased
Robert Pierce was a very good salesman. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the truck we purchased. He even came back to the dealership on his day off because we had some questions about our truck. The finance man was very nice and helpful. We also had another salesman, (sorry I can't remember his name). He was very knowledgeable about answering our questions and showing how to use all the gadgets again to us. We are very pleased with Doug Smith salesmen.

Horrible Car
This is not reliable company. The Chevy sold to me a horrible truck. Now I have a nightmare and thousands dollar on it. I went talking to them and the Manager doesn't care. I was supposed that was a good dealership, that because I tried to do business with them, but they surprised me.

Wouldn't go THERE again! One star is too many
This is why car dealers have a bad reputation! I arrived for my appointment on time at 8am. I told them there was a clicking sound coming from my engine, and that I was short of time, and would wait. They said they would look at it right away and let me know. After hearing nothing for wo hours, I approached the same young man as before and asked how my car was coming. He went out to the shop. A few minutes later he returned and said that the mechanic had stepped away, so he would have to check later. I sat back down. Several minutes later I enquired again and he went back out to the shop to check. A few minutes later he came back and said the mechanic was back and was about to look at it. I sat down. Several minutes later I asked again. He went out to the shop again and said that he's looking at it right now. I sat down. Several minutes later I checked again and he said he's still working on it. After four hours of waiting I was getting angry. I still knew nothing. I asked the same guy about it and he said that they didn't know that I was waiting. What!!! I told him that I was going to wait and I was in a hurry four hours ago!!! I sat back down. A few minutes later the guy came and told me that the mechanic couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Really??? A few minutes later he gave me the keys and said that will be $87 dollars for one half hour labor. OK. I paid the money and he handed me the keys. He didn't say a word... no thank you, no sorry about that, nothing! I was mad enough to punch his lights out. That's why dealers have a bad name!

Brett Applegate was an awesome sales person and wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend. I won’t buy a car from anyone else. I have purchased several vehicles from Brett and will continue!

Only service group in Utah who cares
I would rate their service a 10 if I could. I am in Utah from Arizona and the battery went out on my 2019 Kia Niro. Every other Kia dealership I called in the state (I called them all) could not see me for at least 2 weeks. The battery is only available through Kia. Rick at the American Fork Kia store said to bring it in and they would try to find time. I took it on that day and the notes show they tested it that day. They let it sit overnight and tested it again. The battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Mike worked with me once I actually got the car there. If I am ever dealing with a car dealership, this is the one I will go to. Thanks Dog Smith team for bailing me out. Sign me out as "Searching For Places To Post Reviews."

Horrible service
I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a used Yukon and brought it in for service where they "performed and oil change" on it then brought it back to do a coolant service and transmission service. Now it has started leaking coolant after their service. Rod told me it was head gasket problems and that it had failed some tests and that is the only answer. I told him put it back together and I will pick it up. When I picked it up Rod told me it was all faulty equipment and it was the radiator cap. Seams fishy. So I drove it and the car was fine, fast forward 1500 miles, tool it to a different mechanic because it was acting weird. Now the mechanic calls me and tells me the oil obviously wasn't changed causing extra wear on the bearings in the lower end of the motor. Now nobody at Doug smith wants to talk to me and all they can say is "well that isn't standard practice." Well now I'm on the hook for replacing the motor or rebuilding it and Doug smith wont take credit for their suburb work they did on my vehicle. It is still drivable but it has early stages of rod knock because of the performance of their shop. Keep in mind the vehicle was previously owned by a Chevy mechanic and all maintenance has been performed on time and with the correct equipment. Now Jason over parts and service told me that it will be a few days before they get back to me because he has to do inventory. Ya put the customer on the backburner for the vehicle you messed up. I look forward to hearing from them and will update the review if they decide to step in and fix it or the solution they work out.

used car purchase
Sales people were very friendly and helpful with no pressure. Bought a used vehicle and pleased with the service. Did not pay the extra amount for the cleaning of the vehicle and opted for the standard cleaning. The vehicle was not even vacummned properly and dirt was even under the floor mats. Window were washed and very streaked. Got the vehicle home and re cleaned the inside.

No pressure
Gus and Ashely were awesome! I went to get a used car and there was not a lot of pressure from the sellers at all. They helped and try to make things clear. But there were a few spots that were confusing. But they did their best to clear it all up. I am glad I went. :)
