Brett was a wonderful salesman. He was patient answered all questions and wasn’t pushy. He stayed in contact with text which worked easier for me over the holiday weekend. He also kept in contact on his day off (Sunday) which is honestly what led to the purchase.

Arrived without an appointment for my service at 8:30. I was greeted by service technician. I was pleased by the staff in the waiting area. I was out in less than half an our. Outstanding service!

Staff was friendly knowledgable.over all they where very helpful pointing out different options and payments.detiailed the car before purchase that was a first time a dealer done that.took a little longer than I expected. . But their politeness and up beat personalities made up for it.

Having been previous customers before, my wife and I were actually expecting good, friendly service. However, what we found was the service just wasn't "good," it was simply outstanding from start to finish. From those who answer the phones and direct the calls, to those who constantly smile at you, asking if there is anything they can do for you once you are there, to the "no pressure" pitch by the Allstate agent, Jeff Smith to the sales manager, James Willis, who somehow makes signing a seemingly endless series of papers somewhat pleasant to -- and most importantly -- the salesperson -- in this case, Amanda Wade -- who somehow makes a daunting task actually pleasant! Having been at many other dealerships over the years and having worked with various salespeople, I have NO doubt none of them are comparable to Amanda as far as customer service. The time she spent securing our loan down to making sure we had the color we really wanted for our new car was beyond -- I believe -- what any other rep at any other dealership would do. Every time I thanked her for her efforts (and there were many!) she simply responded, "It's what we do."

Great service overall, Tony was very helpful and meet all of my wants and needs. Made buying my new jeep very easy 😃 I recommend going to Expressway Dodge if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Our salesperson along with the service staff are always looking out for what is best for us NOT what is best for business. They weren’t and never are pushy regarding things!
