Cherokee oil change

I'm extremely disappointed with the Customer Service Representative seated at the desk. She was not the individual first seated upon out arrival, but took over near the end of our experience. My vehicle was brought around to the front of the store prompting my husband to approach the representative at the desk. Shortly there after the papers associated with our vehicle were brought in and placed on her desk. My husband went to the restroom and I took his place in line, and this is where our very long day got even longer. Your representative became very loud and told me to have a seat and she would call names when she was ready, something she had not done the entire time we had been in her presence. I chose to remain professional and ignore her rude behavior. My husband caught back up with me and politely reminded her that we were together. It is more than obvious the seated individual is not capable of handling a position requiring multitasking and maintaining a positive public relations attitude. It is hardly the fault of the customer that she is unable to keep up. I certainly hope upon our next visit we will not experience that behavior again.

2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon

Great vehicle

I was happy with my purchase of a new Ram from Expressway Dodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was very busy so it took a little time to get through the process. But overall my experience was good and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Expressway in the future.

Good experience

The older gentleman who gave me a shuttle ride to the dealer was beyond great. So sweet and professional. i don’t normally comment on things like this but he deserved commendation.

Factory recall and check for a leak

Read on a Dodge Eco diesel forum of a computer reflash. Called Expressway Dodge in Evansville and scheduled a appointment. While talking with the person from the service department I mentioned that there might be a oil leak. Dropped the truck off the night before using their after hours service. They called the next day and advisor a mechanic looking the motor over for a leak and was unable to find one. They did the reflash and called me advising the truck was done a zero cost. Still under warranty. Great job!
