Service was not very helpful in get my car looked at for a potential mechanical problem. My car is under warranty and I was told that they didn't have technicians to look at or repair my car. No one followed up or offered any suggestions to assist me with my issues. This company is entirely too big not to be able to honor it's cars warranties.

WORTH THE DRIVE for the BETTER DEAL
We went to a KIA dealership west of Atlanta and wasted 4 hours. We went to Ed Voyles, and was greeted by Mr. Everald Smith. I explained to him our last 4 hours was not good, I told him what color exterior, color interior, what price I was going to pay and my down payment. I WAS FIRM. He immediately said, I have your car. He took us to his desk and came back within 5 minutes with our car. NOW THE BATTLE begins. I admit I'm a "MF" when it comes to car purchases. He remained calmed, even when I walked out, he still got me to settle down and worked the deal. It wasn't quite what I asked but it worked out. It was a way better deal than the other dealer....

I just bought my KIA last week & Darius helped me throughout the process! He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me find cars that matched my wants, & made the process very easy. It did not take a long time & I was able to find my dream car! Darius made the process very fun & I would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a KIA!

Great experience
It is my personal opinion that most of the claims about this dealership have been dealt with in the form of a new sales manager who has been working to reshape the culture specifically at the Smyrna location where I recently had a great experience. I have bought a handful of cars over the years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. There was no pressure or hard sell, and we got the car we wanted. Stephen Empie took great care of us and was really nice to work with. If you are considering a Kia, do yourself a favor and get it here!

I Feel Like I Was Robbed
I waited two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation just to be charged almost double what I normally am charged. I was told after the service they increased their prices without notice. That's not what I was quoted when I made the appointment. It is a real bummer because I've always liked this place a lot otherwise.

My 2020 Telluride's panoramic sunroof burst while sitting
My 2020 Telluride's panoramic sunroof burst while sitting in my garage. Took pics that showed it clearly burst upward, plus many other pics of exterior and interior. Two days later the service manager calls and asks me to stop by. He shows me a pic that they took of a "ping" along the driver side edge of the sunroof, making this an accident that would not be covered by my warranty. I shared my photos with him that showed NOTHING along the edge. In fact no marks at all. The car was parked in my garage when it burst. Bottom line? They're calling me a liar to avoid covering a well-documented flaw (Google it. Tellurides panoramic sunroofs burst. It's common.) The dealer knows my insurance will cover the repair, so to them no biggie, right? Sure. If you don't mind being called a liar. My advice is to find another Kia dealership. By the way, I don't believe any of the individuals listed work on this site there anymore.

Worst Experience I have ever had at a dealership.
Worst Experience I have ever had at a dealership. Honestly, I felt like they did not want to sell the car. The price on the internet was different than what was offered. They increased the price by $3398.00. This was a used car that had 2,811 miles on it and they were selling higher than a new model. And they would not even begin to negotiate of listen to reason. Their only statement was that the market will allow for increased cost. And they are losing money at this price. I have worked as a sales person for over 26 years and this is no way to sell a product. And the financial/management team that was there were encouraged this behavior and were stating the same rhetoric. I would NOT recommend this dealership or the Ed Voyles Dealership family to anyone.

DONT BUY FROM ED VOYLES
The service dept of Ed Voyles Smyrna is the Worst! THEIR Manager is incompetent and RUDE! Wont fix an issue that was a recall. Wanted to keep the car for 2 weeks and not give a loaner car.

Horrible Customer Service
As of writing this, Ed Voyles has had my vehicle for 34 days. They almost never respond to my questions, and when they do respond, I've either been told misleading information or lies. This service center is by far the worst I've ever dealt with - so much so that I will never buy from Kia again, as this dealership reflects so poorly on the brand as a whole. Please stay away from Ed Voyles Kia.
