My wife and I had the worst experience we have ever had...
My wife and I had the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership at this dealership! We made an appointment to test drive a Kia Sorento on a Friday evening for Saturday morning! We were the first customer there Saturday morning and met with the salesman and did are test drive on the vehicle we wanted . My wife and I liked the vehicle and decided to try and make a deal. We had 2017 Infiniti QX50 and were offered 22,500 at carmax so we told are salesman that we were going to go to carmax and sell the car so we could put $5,000 down on the new vehicle because the rest of the money from the sale of are vehicle was going to pay off another loan to make room for a new car payment. The salesman said he talked to the finance manager and he said they would buy the Infiniti and cut us a check for 17,500 and the rest would go for the down payment ($5000). We said that would be fine. We told the salesman we had are own financing from capital one and if they could meet the offer that matched or was better than capital one then we would use there financing. On there website they had the vehicle listed for $39,500 and our financing was for the list price of $41,000. Well the salesman comes back with an offer with price of the vehicle at $42,000. I showed him the price listed on the website at $39,500 and he said oh I'm sorry I will go back and get that fixed for you so he goes back to his finance guy (keep in mind I had not told him the finance offer from capital one yet).He comes back with another offer and it was still higher than what capital one was giving us so we told him we would just go with the capital one financing offer and we then showed him the offer and offer code from capital one. He goes back to finance guy and comes back and says they will take our offer from capital one with $5,000 down so we agreed to the offer! We go into the finance office and start signing the paperwork and even bought the maintenance service add on for the vehicle. I gave them the keys to my Infiniti and they took the tags of my car and gave us the keys to the new car and we signed our title over to them and that's when the scam started! The finance guy looks at us and says how are we going to pay the $5,000 ? My wife and I kinda looked at each other for a minute and then I said we are giving you $5,000 from the sale of the Infiniti. He said well what about the other $5,000? I said we are only putting down $5,000 dollars! He says we'll the salesman made a mistake this deal is with $5,000 from the sale of your Infiniti and another $5,000 from you and I ask the salesman if you understood that and he said you did. Well that's when I realized that they were trying to scam me our of $5,000 dollars and I was starting to get really pissed! So he calls the salesman in and the salesman starts to apologize saying there was just a misunderstanding. The finance guy looks at us and says hang on I will work with numbers and see what I can do and it didn't take him long to come back with a car payment well over $100.00 more a month than what we had originally agreed. He could see my wife really liked the car and we had already signed are title. So that alone put us in a predicament because the title would have to be redone since we already signed and dated it for that day and would have to buy a car that day or go to the tag office and have the title redone because you can't make corrections on a title once you sign and date it you have to get another title issued and I know they new this! Well I really didn't care at this point I got up threw the new car keys at him and said for him to give my keys and put my tag back on my car we are leaving. So the finance guy goes out and tells the salesman to put our tag back on our Infiniti before the big guy kicks your butt! He used different words but I won't write them here! So we got back in our car in shock at how scummy this dealership was regrouped and went to another dealership (subaru in Kennesaw) to look at the 2nd car on our list. We ended up buying the Subaru at 1.9% interest rate with same deal for our Infiniti with $5,000 down and the dealership cutting us a check for the other $17,500 a couple of days later so we could pay off the other loan! The Subaru of Kennesaw dealership was awesome and honest! Well I thought we were done with the Ed voles dealership forever and put the experience in the past! Until yesterday when my wife and I got a letter from Kia finance saying they refused are loan with we never applied for because are 810 credit score and other factors we're not good enough! Really !so these xxxxxxxx at Ed Voyels Kia ran us through Kia finance just to make a mark on our credit report! If we were not good enough to get financing through them then how did we get a 1.9% financing loan for our new Subaru? I know this is along review but wanted make sure that no one else has to go through this!

BUYER BEWARE!!! They do not care if they receive your business or not, “we have more customers than cars” - sales “manager” I had nothing but issues with the staff since last Wednesday and thankfully returned It today. -headliner was damaged. When I contacted them about it I was informed I was given the wrong car and would need to come and resign all of the paper work -paper work was supposed to be sent overnight to my co-signer, but it’s been almost a week and he still hasn’t received anything. When he tried to get tracking and or information they would not take his calls and actively avoided him -finance “manager” Chris lied about shipping out the paperwork. He still had not done it when he called to tell me it was sent. Next day shipping means NEXT DAY. So if it was shipping out when it was supposed to be Wednesday, it would of arrived Thursday, not Monday (maybe still hasn’t shown up) the following week. -returned the car today as the paperwork was still not received. Sales “manager” couldn’t have cared less his response to me returning it was “We have more customers than cars” Through all of this NOT one single apology or any care

Looking for used got a new
I was assisted by Bryan W., who immediately assessed my needs and gave a realistic option- which I am quite satisfied with. I told Bryan before hand what my past experience was with a dealership was and it like it was his mission to make it 20x better. I was also given an AMAZING deal for my trade in. I got in the dealership at about 6:45 pm and left at about 8:30 pm (because I was a chatty Kathy) but that is world record time for me!! I came in with my financing already settled so it was a breeze. The gentleman in finance (I believe his name is Bob, I really hope I’m right) was VERY kind and helpful as well. So I know what you’re thinking, with all the great things I have to say, why not 5 stars?! Well, I emailed a few times the night after I left about a few items I left in my trade-in and I never received a response. Realistically my rating is 4.75 stars but it won’t let me put that. Bryan has called me since the visit but I was at work and failed to remember to mention it. I would definitely buy from him again

Poorly run
I had my car serviced at the dealer and was told they vacuum it- complementary. Well, when I returned home after the service was done I discovered they only vacuumed the front of it. I spoke with the manager about it and he said that's all they do. Talk about pathetic. Either do the job right or don't do it all all. This is like saying you'll wash the car but only do the top. Ridiculous.

DO YOUR RESEARCH ON KIA ENGINES
Kia Sorento burning oil at 50k , bought all kinds of warranties which are NO GOOD even though one is especially for an engine. After instructed for oil consumption test by 3 different dealers find out engine is seized, well to bad for the customer and, Kia Motors customer service could care less. Had to pay this dealer 150.00 to tear down a " seized" engine so they could say it was my fault or it was burnt up "properly " enough to be covered by warranty . Single mom, 3 kids and a burnt up Kia that I still owe for. WHAT A JOKE !!! DO YOUR RESEARCH ON KIA ENGINES AND CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude and Expensive
Expensive and rude. I got a new Kia and called to have an inspection. I was sent to three voicemails and had to keep calling back. When I finally got someone, they told me it's $150 for a general tire/brake/windshield inspection. I've had cars through Nissan and Ford and they do inspections for free. Other places will do them for $50. I spoke with Quincy when I called and he was rude, said that's how they choose to conduct business, and hung up on me. I am surprised that's how they treat new Kia owners. I would not recommend this dealership and especially would not recommend working with Quincy.

I’ve been debating wether or not to write this, but I’m...
I’ve been debating wether or not to write this, but I’m still frustrated about my purchase that I made a couple weeks ago, so here I am writing this review. I love the maintenance/service team at Ed Voyles Kia Smyrna. I will continue to come here for maintenance. The members of the sales team I worked with are a different story. I felt incredibly pressured by Will and his manager Keith to buy out my lease right then and there after I clearly told Will I just wanted my financing options. I’m in sales so I get the “hustle” and they went back and forth to bring me options which I appreciated, but there was zero tact, and I felt like an unimportant number. Will was bouncing around to at least 3 other customers while working with me which was so confusing since there seemed to be so many “sales” people standing/sitting around. It would have been great to hear a “Lauren I’ll be right back I need to take care of this person,” instead of wondering where he was going - I had mentioned I needed to get home and I was not planning on being there for more than an hour. A couple hours later, one I caved and agreed to the price provided by Keith, Chris helped at the end of the sale. He was incredibly nice and has a very genuine personality, but all of a sudden out of nowhere I’m being sold MORE warranty and insurance policies. My heart sank because I was coming around to the fact I just agreed to buy my Kia, but now I had to make another decision I wasn’t prepared to make. I had been at the dealership for a grueling 3 hours and was absolutely done at that point, so not being able to do the appropriate research/ask all the questions like I wanted to, I just added on a package. On my way out Will told me anyone I refer who signs a deal would “put $100 in my pocket.” I couldn’t believe he told me that after that experience I had. He even told me at the beginning of this ordeal he would get my car washed and detailed for the upcoming trip I had mentioned - very smart, and appreciated. But after 3 hours and I was walking out, he was like “oh sorry about the detail” and I just said don’t worry about it, I need to leave. I’m not referring someone who did not deliver the level of service I expected from Ed Voyles Smyrna. Buyers remorse was (and still sort of is) incredibly real. Not to mention they snuck on a $400 fee to the original buyout price which I did not see until after I got home. I even ASKED about this $400 fee because another dealership had told me about it upfront, and this sales team only showed me the buyout quote without that extra add on. I wish there was more transparency and honesty in car sales - I’d much rather be told everything upfront than find out when I get home and feel like I’ve been scammed. And I have so many unanswered questions about my added on warranty/insurance and how I’m supposed to make payments. I don’t feel like I’m supposed to feel lost and overwhelmed by the questions I have after making a huge purchase like this. People are going to buy cars, and Kia is an incredible brand with terrific vehicles - why not be sincere and transparent to the people you want buying Kias for the rest of their lives.
