Went to this dealership to buy a new car the service people the manager they were so insulting and rude I felt like they were just full of games and tricks I ended up going to carriage Kia and purchased a car within an hour

Very helpful!

I bought a Kia Optima 2008 and they were very professional. The staff was friendly and helped me greatly with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to a friend :)

Very Good Service

Very Good Kia collision did a great job. My vehicle was just purchased in February 2019, and 6 months later a moron hit my car at a red light. This is a brand new vehicle and i wanted it to look brand new again after the repairs... and it does! Thanks Josef at Service for doing my complimentary oil change. Thanks Walt Wheatley for helping with tha USAA insurance claim! I will get you Varsity burgers next time!

Zach was super helpful

We had Zach and he was super friendly and helpful. He had great suggestions on cars and colors to test out. I can't imagine better customer service.

Maintenance oil change and tires

Personable, pleasant, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Very good crew! I was offered transportation to the mall or anywhere else within 10 miles instead of waiting in the waiting room. I had work to do and it suited me better to wait there.

Poor customer service

It is very unusual to get someone to answer the phone at either number. The phone rings about 20-25 times then stops. I finally got through, but the person I needed was not available. I have left 2 messages over the last 5 days, but my call has not been returned. Now I can't get an answer. It seems that only one of the many people there can answer my question. I have sold the car I purchased from them. I need to find out what they need from me to cancel my extended warranty before I let the car go. No one seems to know.

Quick and Easy out of town purchase

I had a great experience. I purchased a vehicle within a week. The car was delivered to me. Tia Mack, saleswoman, was great - no hassle, or wasting time. I will buy from this dealership again.
