Alexis Moreira was antagonistic to his response and treatment as a customer. One of the employee approached me in an intimidationg manner and will not leave me alone. Instead of apologizing for his employees behavior was antagonistic and blames me for his employees action. He claimed to be from customer service, but in the website he is the body shop manager.What he is doing in the service department with service specialists.? Acted like he was the authority there I regret spending 30k$ plus for new HRV. Car that is underpowered. I chose against my other option, Toyota cross hybrid.

I am pleased to say I had a wonderful car buying experience at WP Honda. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience to date. My sales person, Lenin Javier, listened to what I wanted and directed me to the perfect car for my needs, a Honda Civic Sport Touring (Hybrid). The experience was professional, well communicated and friendly, and I am pleased with my trade value, the price of the new car and the car itself. Even more perfect is the water, snacks and freshly baked cookies they offer while working out your deal and waiting on your paperwork (all completed as quickly as it can be in this situation). I would not hesitate to recommend Lenin to anyone looking for a Honda. Truly a nice, stand-up guy.

If you're an out-of-state resident, avoid White Plains
If you're an out-of-state resident, avoid White Plains Honda. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from White Plains Honda if you live out of state. Once my temporary plates were close to expiring, I had to make multiple calls and send repeated texts to both my salesperson and the main office just to get a response. Even after my temp tags expired, I spent three days calling the DMV department, the manager, and various sales staff—none of whom could give me a straight answer about the status of my registration. I was repeatedly promised that my registration would arrive by specific times, but every single assurance was false. Deadlines came and went with no updates or communication. To make matters worse, they blocked my phone number—an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. If you're not a NY resident, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Yanis Estrella was just wonderful and a pure delight! She's been there for a while and she delegated and hustled to get my trade in, credit app, to a new pre-owned car in just 4 hours! She knows how to expedite things and she's very personable in a dealership full of men. I adore her! If you want a fair deal on a pre-owned vehicle and to trade in your current mess, go see them! Highly recommened! 5 stars! Anna with the credit department was also very lovely. Two beautiful and nice ladies!
