Repairs/ Service for my 2018 Ford Edge

Service manager was very informative and carefully described the issues with my vehicle. The technician even spoke with me! Not accustomed to that level of service and attention. Leith will be my choice for business going forward. Very pleased with them.

Great business to have your vehicle served at. Truck was done at the time provided. Work performed correctly. Very pleased.

Service Experience

Good experience fixed on second time around. The only bad thing is when they check air pressure in tires they don't put valve caps back on then I have to go buy new ones.This always happen when I get my oil changed too.

Answered Prayers

I bought a RV from a dealer far away from where I live. Only 2 weeks after I purchased it the Check Engine light came on. I started making phone calls to the dealer, to RV manufacture, to Ford etc...I was being told to drive it to a dealer 150 miles away. I took my chances, said a prayer, and called the Local Leith Ford dealership that is 3 miles from my house and I spoke to David. He was very interested in my dilemma and he told me if the RV would fit in the work bay that he could help me. Thank goodness it did fit in the work bay and he and his team had me on my way quickly. The entire experience with this dealership's service department was awesome.

John Evans, service advisor, is a ROCK STAR!!

John Evans went above and beyond to help me when I blew a tire on the highway. 100% true professional who was honest and straight forward. I would highly recommend this service dept and especially John Evans.

Customer

My repair was really no big deal, i needed another key made and programmed for my truck. Donnie in the parts department ( as always ) did an excellent job, he got my key and got me with the service department to have the key programmed to the truck. it was a small job for the service department but they got me in quickly and knocked it right out. I was made to feel welcome and that they appreciated my business just as much as if i was having my engine rebuilt. I work at an equipment dealership and the owner of my company demands customer service of all of his employees, usually when i am in the customer seat the companies that i am dealing with act like they could care less if i was spending my money with them or not. That has never been the case with Leith Ford and that is why i continue to do business with them. Thank you and keep up the good work

Full time RVer

The gentleman at the parts counter was great. Very friendly and helpful despite seeming to be very busy and working alone. The service guy I spoke with was also very polite and helpful and was willing to get me in sooner than probably should have due to my situation. The repair was done quickly and so far appears to be quality work. Thank you
