I took my sons car to be serviced with a diagnostic. Andrew and his team was very nice and knowledgeable and informed me what was wrong with my sons car. Details was provide so that we could see exactly what was wrong with it. I recommend Leith Ford of Wendell to anyone in need of service for their car. Nice job guys.

Oil change and puddle light replaced

If you are having a problem with your car this is the best place ever! I called Leith Ford of Wendell told a lady name Amber my problem she said bring it by and my technician will look at it. I pulled up they jumped right on it and fixed my problem. It gave me so much relief after she said BRING IT ON MY MECHANIC WILL LOOK AT IT unlike the other place I was closer to in Raleigh said we dont have any spots....the earliest we have is Sept 21. My car is fine now and this will be my new spot for everything my car needs.

Had an appointment when I walked in they already knew my name. Service was quick and the crew was so friendly. Was my first oil change (which was complimentary) sine I had bought the car from this dealership.

The service associate, Amber was friendly, professional, and courteous during my check in and waited for the car repairs. She checked in on me while I waited and offered me a bottled water to drink. Also, she kept me informed on the progress of the car repairs. In addition, the service technician came to the wait room to talk to me before making any final repairs. I was happy with my service at Leith Ford on Thursday, July 22, 2021.

Excellent service. Dropped truck off that morning- was ready to pick up later that day as planned. Paid for repairs. Returned to work. Easy like we all hope it will be.
