Overall very good buying experience. No haggle, no pressure and Ahmed (sales) was awesome. I called Ahmed on Monday morning and asked he call me when they receive a Ford Maverick. He called Mondayevening, I had my new truck on Tuesday.

In these times where labor and parts are short, it was a relief to deal with a service center that was communicative, and gave me realistic expectations on repair time. All of the contact I had with staff was excellent; they were very professional and friendly. Work was done accurately and on time. Pricing was actually less than quoted. Highly recommend Leith Ford Service for the quality of the people.

Great service. I was contacted 3 times throughout the day with updates on vehicle’s repair work. The work was completed on the day of my appointment, even though they let me know they were backlogged. I carried another one of our vehicles to the Ford location on Millbrook Road in Raleigh several weeks ago and did NOT have a pleasant experience. I would recommend Leith Ford for service, but not Capital Ford on Millbrook Road.

i brought my car in because it needed service and one of my tires was low on air. did not have an appointment but they squeezed me in and I needed all 4 tires replaced and one shock needs to be replaced as it is leaking. was very pleased with how my problem was handled.

Came in for routine oil change. It was very busy but was acknowledged right away by staff and did not have to wait very long.

The recall work/repair was completed in a very timely manner. The service advisor was friendly and quickly checked in my F-150.
