Peter was extremely accommodating during my device experience at Leith Ford. He really could not of done any more and I can see that he is an excellent service representative and takes a lot of pride in his job and company.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation but found out I needed some tires replaced. John and David were very helpful in the process and was able to take care of it all in a timely manner. I appreciated the honest customer service and will definitely be returning.

I came into the repair shop without an appointment because my car was displaying that I had low tire pressure. They said I needed to replace the tire as it had nails in it. They called me later and also said I needed rear brake pads - which was a surprise to me. But they advised that it would be unsafe to drive the car with the brake pads in the condition they wee in. When he gave me the total I was in shock - I guess he realized that the price was more than I was expecting. He was nice enough to give me a discount coupon on $50.00 to help. I bought my car in NJ but if I were in the market I would purchase from Leith. They have always been very nice and helpful when I came in.Yvibb

I really like Leith Ford in Wendell. I bought there a couple of years ago, and I continue to go there for service. It is worth the hour-plus drive to go there from where I live because I trust them. They are very accommodating and have never done me wrong.

Peter Munoz was my service advisor and took great care of me. He listened and documented the items I had to have serviced. He also called and kept me updated, and when a part had to be ordered, we decided I would like to have my car while I waited for the part to be delivered, and would bring my car back when it came in. He called to let me know when it came in and could be installed, and it took less than a half hour.

Great experience with the service department. I took my truck to another local dealership and they quoted me a cost 7 x's what I paid without ever looking at my vehicle. Without ever walking outside. Thanks Mr. Munoz!
