Leith Ford

After the my SUV was serviced, I did not know reset settings back to previous settings. I asked John If he could change the setting back to what I had before. Instead of doing it himself, he took the time to show me how to do it myself. He also said, if I any other questions come back and he would help me. He made me fill that I was a valued as a customer.

Every time that I get my car serviced at the Ford Service Center the service is ALWAYS excellent. John finds me coupons when available and gives me outstanding service as well as advice about my next car service. I called up for an oil change appointment and got one for later the same day. I showed up early and they were ready for me anyway. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean as always. Love this dealership. Check in was fast and check out was great.
