Car Inspection
I know things are tough with COVID. But your people handled the work exceptionally well. The reservation that I tried to make on the web site didn't work, no idea why. But your maintenance guy worked me in and got the inspection done in less than an hour. They also did a review of other issues that will need to be worked out in the future and provided me with details so I can schedule that work when I have time. I also want to say Thank You for not spamming me with sales attempts while I'm getting work done on my car. That was a big part of why I came to Leith Ford rather than the other dealership where I used to go. Thank you for a great service trip!

Redic Warranty followup 2018 Explorer
We had a few follow up issues that needed addressed with an almost new Ford Explorer we purchased that was still under warranty.. and we had another issue with regard to paint integity on the hood. I have to say that Leith is addressing all of the issue to our satisfaction and working with David Mastrangelo their service manager was the best experience we have ever had from a dealership!! They truly listened and cared about our concerns ...and made the extra effort to address them promptly!!

Always friendly, fast, and high quality service!
Called in the morning to get my fleet vehicle an oil change and inspection. Not only did they get me in (same day), they did the oil change, inspection, and a tire rotation in about an hour. Previously my company forced us to go to a Ford Quick Lube dealership. Just for an oil change it took 3 hours. I prefer the service and friendliness that I receive at Leith Ford (Wendell)!

Oil Change - Not Scheduled
26Sep - I stopped by the dealership to schedule an oil change and to have the oil change indicator reset which had been illuminating 2K miles prematurely. I got the oil change while I was there since there was a tech available to do it. I was disappointed to hear that my service advisor had retired. The oil change was performed as normal. However, the air filter was not changed because a new one was not available.

Two thumbs up!
I am a Service Engineer (with 40 years in service businesses) traveling in the Raleigh area. I was in real trouble with my new F-150 Limited and a warranty coolant leak. After calling around to several different Ford dealerships in the area and getting rejected for immediate service, I called David Mastrangelo at Leith. Dave said, "Were full but we'll fit you in". Immediately, I was relieved. Finally, I found a real service guy who cared! I limped the F-150 into the Leith shop and within a half hour Dave's team had the problem identified and parts ordered. The next day they had the parts and effected repair, tested the system and replaced the coolant, all within two hours. I've run service company's for decades. Dave and his team is an example of service done right. Well done Dave. Please extend my thanks to your guys. Best, Bill

Have bought vehicles and done service with Leith many times and have always been happy. That is why I keep going back. I did not purchase my Ford from them but, have purchases other vehicles from this branch. I have used the ford service repeatedly and always satisfied.
