I always have my 40th Anniversary Mustang serviced at Leith Ford. The Service Advisor, Christian, is very nice and professional and does his job with integrity.The mechanics do an excellent, quality job of servicing her. I have a comfortable, clean place to wait, after looking at the pretty Mustangs and Shelbys for sale of course. If the service will take longer than I want to wait, they have a shuttle that will take me home and come back to get me to take me to my car when it is done. I have my regular oil change/service done there and have had other work done there as well. I would highly recommend them.

I have never purchased a Ford from this car dealer but have used their service for years and they are professional and I love dealing with them.

My very first visit to Ford was an unexpected surprise and a delightful experience. I wanted to purchase two new tires for my Mercedes S550 and unbenounced to me I did not know what to expect from the Leith Ford Team. But feeling a little skeptical I decided to reach out to the team anyway. I arrived at the dealership about 8:30a.m and I was greeted by the weekend guy running the Service department and I explained to him why I was there and he accepted my vehicle despite the fact it was a Mercedes and he said no problem sir we are going to take care of this for you, so I left the dealership and went home to await his call to tell me my vehicle was completed. And about two hours in I received a call at home stating that there was a problem with getting my lug bolts off of the wheel but he will give his best effort to get it completed. But to make a long story short they damaged the bolt taking it off and went out to Mercedes and purchased a replacement bolt and completed my vehicle and I was so pleased with the out come and to the Weekend Service team you guys are awesome I will definitely do business with you guys again. You guys has found a new customer of me. Thanks again The S550 Mercedes Guy

Recently bought a 2016 Ford F150 made it a dealership to service it been going to the Kia dealer for service on my Kia Soul across the parking lot I've been very happy there and was very impressed with the Ford service department. Service manager i believed named John spoke with me at length answered my questions had great follow-up from service advisor Christian I will definitely be back..
