Approximately a year ago, my transmission failed in my Explorer Sport Trac. I had spoken to my current Service Advisor, John, about the symptoms that I had experienced before it failed. A re-manufactured transmission was installed and is performing very well. I appreciate the honesty John W provides whether I'm in for an oil change or any service work that is required. I am pleased with the level of service and the relationship established with John W./Leith Ford Wendell. Everyone is so personable and kind. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else going forward.

My car showed low tire pressure first thing Saturday morning and continued to get lower. I called the dealership, they worked me in, found and fixed the problem, and had me out within an hour. Also advised me of how to take care of my car as an Uber driver who takes up lots of miles. Great service. They care about my car lasting and running well.
