I met with Christian about two recalls for my ford and he made sure all my needs were met. All service work was done and I am very pleased.

I arrived quite early but figured I would get some work done as proximity to dealership didnt allow time for errands. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m. and I arrived at 1:15. I was greeted with prompt service and while settled into work and expecting service to not begin until 2:00, was told at 1:45 my service was complete. What a wonderful and unexpected time gain. For once, the cards fell in my favor. I cannot say enough, how pleased I am with the service!
