Worse experience ever!!! Drove 3 hours to get fleeced and a car salesman tried to attack me!! The internet had a price of 11888 dollars put my loan application in on the way to the place!! Call the place constantly on my way there and couldn’t hardly get my salesperson!! He got on the phone with my wife and said the deal was done everything was go!! Wouldn’t give us any details!! Only would say everything was done!! We get there and this guy was rude and unprofessional from start!! After saying the deal was done over the phone once we get there he tells me that he needs 2 paystubs from my son which is fine!! But he’s according to this horrible salesperson who told my wife he was the owner and he was even the general manager!! He was 1 of the sale supervisor or managers at best!! Could have sent him the paystubs during our 3 hour drive so everything could be done so we would not have 2 wait!! But we were there so now we just go with the flow because obviously it wasn’t done!! This man comes out and not the price has gone from the online price of $11888 dollars to over $18000 dollars!! Their add said they give you a 3 year 36 month warranty!! They don’t give you anything!! They put a low price and the internet and then try to force you to purchase the warranty and other things once you get there!! They adds low price is a fleece!! All these scammers have to do is be honest up front!! No I wouldn’t have drove there if I knew the car was actually over 18k but still nothing wrong with simply being honest about your process!! I tried to voice my frustration with the anyone who would listen because I had wasted a whole day coming there Alabama only to have sales person to come and not hear anything I tried to explain to him about the how we were just basically lied to and drove 3 hours just to get horrible service and a totally different price and this man got mad and tried to fight me in the parking with my wife and kids standing outside with me!! My 20 year old son who I was trying to help buy his first car my wife my 11 year old daughter and 6 year old son had to keep us away from each other!! Because this man thought because he was taller than me that I was going to be intimidated because he threatened me and tried to rush me in a threatening way!! I hope they don’t erase their cameras because I plan on filing a suit!! This guy told my the warranty and all the other things were mandatory because of the amount of miles on the car which is fine if they have made that none from start!! Rather than posting the car on their ad for $11888 then adding all these things to get it to above $18000 just start there and let people know the warranty is mandatory!! So basically bypassed a couple of places that I actually co signed with my son to get other cars that we honest and let us know while we driving what the cost was upfront to driving to these people to literally have me and my family threatened is unacceptable and I hope they have cameras because I will be getting it!! Bunch of lying salespeople with no integrity!! Now a couple of salespeople understand me and my families frustration so no I can’t say everyone else has experience this!! But I have the information from the internet to the paper with the final price!! I would have no problem if these people would have just been upfront!! I bought my son a car from a different dealer for over $18000 less miles and just upfront from the start!! They didn’t lie and try to hide anything from me at all!! They told me the deal was done and it actually was done!! And I got for less money and no down payment!! AND THE OTHER DEALER WAS UPFRONT FROM START NOT JUST PUTTING A LOW COST ON THE INTERNET JUST TO GET YOU ON THE LOT TO FORCE YOU TO BUY THAT WARRANTY!! People they are not giving you a warranty they are forcing you to buy a warranty!! Then the guy said it’s because of the higher miles!! Ok then why not just say all of that from the start!! And trying to attack me and family!!

My husband liked Volume Chevrolet, so when he passed and I needed to get out from under my big payment, I asked them for help. I can't recall names... Chuck? Ty? I was grief stricken and anxious and they were kind and gracious with my daughter and me. They couldn't get me into a vehicle I felt comfortable with, so they called a totally different location, not even affiliated with them and that one got me into a vehicle I feel peace about. It's not very often that you find people, or a business who go over and above the call of duty, and try to move mountains for a customer they know they won't benefit from. I highly, highly recommend this company. They have a lot of great perks that are fabulous for regular as well as long term upkeep, and the vehicles seem to be really well vetted. The people are also very kind and understanding and generous.

First off, I would like the say that the sales department and working with them was a great experience. Clayton was by far the most genuine and made the buying experience great for us. I walked out that day with me buying my car and my husband buying a truck. After having the truck for only three days, that’s when our experience of Volume Chevrolet changed, and it went from being the absolute best experience and recommending them to everyone to the experience from xxxx and telling everyone run as far away from them as possible, and to never buy a vehicle from them. After taking the truck back-and-forth several times and only having the truck back for three day stents, we were told rodents chewed the fuel line, but it was our fault it happened and our responsibility to pay for it. This truck was never home for it to happen on our property and if it had my car along with the loaner car would be having the same issues. I’ve come to the conclusion that the general manager and the service department couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction, and care more about taking money from customers to pack their pockets a little more. All of them know the truth that the problem was created on their property and are in the wrong for taking even a penny from us. During the two and half to three weeks they had the truck, we received ZERO communication from them with updates on the truck if we got an update it is because we called and stayed on hold for a minutes before them answering or we had to call the sales department for them to get update. They should have the decency to call and give updates on vehicles that are in their position being worked on. I came to the conclusion that they knew they were in the wrong and the less they talk to us the better so they didn’t have to lie as much. That 20 year/ 200,000 mile warranty and lifetime oil change may sound great on the radio but don’t think for a second they fully honor that. Customer satisfaction goes completely out the window with this company after they get you to buy the vehicle. I recommend if you ever get trapped into purchasing a vehicle from them is to learn from my mistake and request a full vehicle inspection before signing that dotted line. To better serve their customers, I recommend the tire service department take a class and how to treat customers and how to communicate with them properly. Last week the service department at Volume Chevrolet found the issue with one of my tires. A nail was positioned in the shoulder of the tire and it could not be repaired. Here's the important message - I felt welcomed and honestly I was so impressed with the staff that when I learned my tire issue was not covered by the dealership where I purchased it, I decided to go back to Volume! They ordered me a matching tire and I went back the next day for them to replace it. Understand, I do not live in Forsyth but they were so nice that i asked Dustin to schedule my oil change and also to rotate the other tires, too. I found the Volume Chevrolet service department to be thorough with their work and friendly! They were extremely busy both days I was there and still managed to stay professional, I will most definitely go back!

I had all of my vehicle maintenance completed at Volume Chevrolet in Forsyth. If | could give a 0, l would. Let me just say that the service advisor Brittany was AWESOME. She was understanding and I believe she tried her very best to help me in any way possible. However, the management there could use a great improvement. After getting 500.00 in work done on my car about 3 weeks ago, and being stranded on the side of the road twice, my check engine light came on again about three days ago. I took my car BACK to volume to have it diagnosed and repaired. The repair cost was about 600.00 bucks. However, I had a credit applied to my account and was given an additional 50 in credit because of the constant issues I was having, so I paid about 497 to have it fixed. Well, on Wednesday, my check engine light was on AGAIN. Once again, I returned to the dealership. I was told by the mechanic Rob who worked on my car the last time that he misdiagnosed my original issue and now there's something else that needs to be fixed on the car: my evap system needs to be replaced. WELL, that was all fine but it's not my issue that he misdiagnosed my car the first time. I was told that I needed to pay 625 to get my car fixed. AFTER, they already charged me 497 to get it fixed the first time. The interim service manager could ve cared less. It wasn't her issue and you could tell by the look on her face that she didn't care. Brittany was the only one who showed any empathy. The car sales people all thought it was funny and a laughing matter... and instead of offering any type of empathy, it was "are you ready to trade?". I wouldn't buy a piece of gum from Volume. And I'm going to make sure I spread the word in the community that this is no longer the place to go. Almost four years of trusting you guys with my vehicle, I believe you hurt more than you helped. I will be reaching out with with legal council—- thanks. Hope this helps
