I bought a car from Apple Auto July 3rd for 10,000. A 2010 Subaru Outback I let you know I was purchasing a new car to drive cross country to make my move to Seattle, I was assured that the car was in excellent shape and that it had been checked over by the mechanics and could definitely make the drive. This car broke down, battery ran out, alternator died in the middle of Montana. While preparing for the trip across country I had the oil changed and the car checked, during this investigation I found that the whole front undercarriage was held together by zip ties which unfortunately I know nothing about cars so I would never look for that. During repair on the alternator and fixing the zip ties, they found that the vacuum line was completely rotted out. Be honest with your customers in the future because this was disappointing. All THREE of the mechanics I went to said that I was taken advantage of and the car was NOT checked over closely before the 10,000 sale. I know we cannot predict the future, but there were things with the sale of this car that should have been fixed or taking care of that were not and I just want to put it out into the universe that that was not OK and you made my life difficult and hard. I reached out to the dealer through the cars.com app and also by phone. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from either inquiry. There are plenty of places to shop for cars but I wanted to stay local. It's unfortunate they didn't seem to want my business.

Recently inquired about a truck they had. I live out of state so I tried to do as much research as possible. I called Apple Auto and asked about a truck they recently got. I specifically asked if there was any rust on the truck. The lady said she would go look and when she returned she said that she didn't see any. I searched for reviews on this dealer, but I think a 4.4 rating is a stretch. I wasted a trip there to find out this truck was a rust bucket. There was rust frame, under the fenders over the back wheels, and the rocker panels on the bottom of the door. and I should have called some local business in the area prior to driving there. After I left, I stopped at a local hardware store and the gentleman said, "I wouldn't buy at that place, all they sell is junk." All I ask is for people to be honest and upfront. This dealership was not and it is disappointing. I would avoid buying any car or truck from this place period.
