Would have given 5 stars but the service team members rarely acknowledge my existence when I walk in and always seem to avoid eye contact. That’s why I try to do all business transactions with Patrice or Terra.

Again poor service.
Again poor service. Dealership service is supposed to be the highest quality but for some reason I have yet to receive it from Toyota! My brakes were changed in July of 2024 and the rotors were shaved down. Now the car is shaking again. The service rep had the audacity to insinuate it was me that is braking too hard after he satiated that “sometimes” the parts installed can be faulty! It is ridiculous that it’s only been a year and my rotors are damaged again. The policy you have to shave them down instead of being replaced is not the way it should be. So in reality the problem with the rotors was never resolved, it was only a matter of time before the car started shaking again.

I was informed that my filters needed to be replaced.
I was informed that my filters needed to be replaced. I appreciate that heads up. I informed the service advisor that I would replace them myself. I immediately purchased new filters. I arrived home and began to replace the engine air filter. This is where I found the air filter box completely disconnected from the engine air intake. I immediately called the service dept, I asked to speak with a manager or service advisor. I was informed that neither were available I was transferred to an available and spoke with Elias? He listened to concern and told me that he would pass the information on to my advisor and request that he call me. I am yet to receive the call.
