I brought my 2019 RAV4 in for its 45,000 mile service Monday. Collin was my service advisor and he was polite, professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had about my vehicle and the service that would be performed.

Outstanding car buying experience at Freeway Toyota in Hanford. Fernando was the salesman that helped me and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and provided awesome customer service. Jose helped me with the financing, which was quick and easy with all my questions answered. Highly recommended and wishing I would have started my car search there. If you are looking for a car that comes with great service, make the drive to Freeway Toyota in Hanford, their team of professionals made my car buying experience the best! From the ride to work to closing my bill. Excellent. Very happy with everything and everyone who interacted with me. My driver was very friendly and polite. Mike was awesome.

Friendly staff, professional, knowledgeable in all areas. Facility was clean. Snacks were wonderful. I am looking to buy a new car in the next year. There was not a lot of inventory to look at.

Easy to work with and I trusted the diagnosis of my car. This is not all that common in my experience. I really appreciate the accurate and honest service. This is now my go to place for car service.

It was great!

It was great! Except for the prorated cost of my 7yr battery. When it was 2yr 8 mo. , installation fee, thought it would be a courtesy to install it. 245 total did not agree with me
