I’m looking for a white 4 Runner with a sunroof and a 4x4. I tried to talk to someone named Zane. He sent pictures of a white one and told me that it was the only one that he had and that it would take years to get one, like I wanted!!!! I’ve never had someone be so rude and was too lazy to find a vehicle that I was looking to buy and honestly, he refused to search for one. He was the worst salesperson, (if that’s what he calls himself), that I have ever dealt with!!! He’s really a sad employee!! I would fire him over this!! I pray that he doesn’t treat everyone the way that he did me!!

They have charged me for a new radiator. I had car issues and later find out that the radiator was never touched. There’s a strange cut and attempt epoxy patch on the radiator. David Robinson was trying to intimidate me. He didn’t even bother to look at the radiator I brought in person to ask why was I charged for a new one when it was clearly not new. As a result I have no car bc it blew my motor in the middle of the highway put my life at risk!!! YALL STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS

I purchased four (4) new tires for my vehicle during a fantastic sale (buy 3 get 1 for $1). When the tires arrived, I scheduled an appointment to have the brake pads replaced and the new tires installed. I was kept abreast of the process and cost. The waiting area was comfortable with comfy chairs, USB ports, work stations, full coffee station, snacks, vending machines for soft drinks, water and snacks, and two TV's.

The brakes on my new 2024 sequoia (now almost up to 8k miles) CONTINUE to squeak loud enough to wake up the neighbors! This has been an ongoing issue from the beginning! I keep being told a bunch of bologna: -?we are aware of it. There?s nothing we can do about it.? -?you just need to put some miles on it.? -Toyota is aware.? -?All the new sequoias have squeaky brakes.? -?nothing is wrong with them, but I?ll put in to order the parts once Toyota releases the parts.? It?s VERY frustrating to have a new car with brakes squeaking to this extent! I am being told it?s normal and nothing is wrong. Squeaky brakes to this extent on a new vehicle is NOT NORMAL!!! Why is it considered ?ok? to say this is normal?!?! I have never had any problems with Toyota until now! I?m highly disappointed

Scheduled my Toyota Sequoia to be serviced at 2:00 pm on December 14, 2022. Got here and signed in for service & tire rotation. At 4:07 went back to ask about my service to only find out my vehicle had not been touched. David Robinson was rude and had nothing to say only that "Things Happen". I said I realize things happen but you could have came and told me instead of making me sit there for over 2 hours as I had another appointment to be at by 5:00 and I had to be in Leesville for it which was a hour away. He said nothing. Could not even look at me when he spoke. I told him go give me my keys and told him this was terrible customer service. We have purchased all our vehicles from WALKER but never again will I come back. If you are going to work in customer service as I do daily being a Deputy Sheriff you need to be able to work with the public and not be rude ever and be helpful. This dealership needs to hire better people. Bad customer service. He could care less about the customer. I am sure I am not the only one who has said or complained about this. Shame!
