Terrible

Coordination with geico was terrible; once the car was in the shop nothing was done for over a week until I called; poor communication and slow repair; cost me over $100 in Uber ride due to the delay; three weeks and a day is ridiculous; the estimate was down months ago and parts could have been at the ready fro am near immediate repair..disappointing

Above and beyond

My Elantra had a low tire light. I kept meaning to get it checked out… Got a notification that there was a recall for my car. I made an appointment easily online. Took my car in and the recall was dealt with promptly. When I left my low tire light wasn’t on anymore. This attention to detail is lovely.

Poor customer care.

Left car off and estimate time about two hours, so made sure they had cell number and asked them to let us know when ready. They even had a program that would show you how your car was at in process, but never moved at all. We finally went after four hours and car was sitting outside done. This is first placer ever used who did nothing to make process good for use. I would never recommend a service who treated its customers like this.

They're pretty okay!

Always take my Hyundai here for service, and haven't had a negative experience yet. They might not always go out of their way to investigate issues without being asked and paid to do so, but they do what they've been paid for.

I won't go here again!

I will never set foot in an Andy Mohr dealership again. The salesman was awesome but the rest of the system is very ,very disappointing. After buying the car and got home, the top engine cover was gone a long with the spare tire, jack and tools. I called and they said "as is" despite some other implied warranty and wouldn't do anything. Make sure you count the lug nuts if you buy a used car from Andy Mohr.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. Our as-is vehicles often need additional work. Our pre-sale service inspection for these types of vehicles consists of a safety check to ensure that it meets requirements to drive off our lot, but we do not perform any major repairs. We offer these vehicles to the public because there are many at-home mechanics who are looking for a lower priced vehicle that they can work on themselves. We recommend that as-is vehicles be inspected by a third-party mechanic before purchase. We do have a large selection of pre-owned vehicles that have been through our shop and have had all necessary repairs completed, and those are priced accordingly. Always great people and very very helpful and they are not just out for your money like others. Everyone there is helpful and will do about anything to put a smile on your face

Great experience

Had a great day. Friendly staff service done in reasonable time I like the text telling me where my car was at in service so I could be there when it was done.

Don't make a frame for payment

Without notification of extra cost, the dealership expects me to pay more for not the main gadget that I came for. The whole situation is horrible. The dealership tried to enforce me to pay.
