If the dealer as a whole paid more attention to detail they would not only provide better vehicles but the service would be better too. Super nice salesman and general manager just didn’t have the car ready when I informed them 48 and 24 hrs in advance and told them I was leaving and traveling five hrs to see the car. The car was not vacuumed, conceptually it wasn’t in 100 percent good shape, should have been addressed before I addressed the issue. Seems someone within the company is settling for presenting mediocrity Appreciate their kindness’s and willingness to negotiate so all parties were happy but honestly.raise your standards you can be better.

If there was an option for no stars I would choose it. I purchase this car over the phone and had it delivered to my office. The car was suppose to just have a small dent which it did however they never mentioned the fact the hood had 5 huge long scratches and was peeling paint. It was also missing about several parts and I brought it to one of the managers attention Sebastian Alexander and he said he would get back to me that day, and never got a call back. I had to reach back out to him and he said he needed to still speak to the owner and he would call me back in 20 minutes. No call again had to reach out again and he said we would not be helping out on this. WOW charge me a 1449 doc fee and just asked to help pay for the parts missing and the scratch repair and not even offer to pay half!! Run away from this place dont walk run as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!!!

After trying multiple times to mend the situation, I have decided to write this review. My wife and I bought a 2025 CX-5 with 12K miles on it from here in late April. We live in Florida but are several hours from Jacksonville, they said they do plenty of deals including transportation and we could work something out. Our sales person was very kind and friendly and we had a positive experience with her. However, upon receiving the vehicle from delivery on May 1st, the car had damage done to the passenger side. Several body panels out of alignment, side trim pieces missing, and the door handle on the passenger side is hanging on by a thread. None of those was mentioned, shown in photos, and the vehicle had a clean carfax. After contacting our sales person and showing photos of the damage, she said she would talk to her boss and they’d see how they can fix the problem. They offered to buy us a singular window trim piece. We tried to explain the other issues and were told their General Sales Manager, Sebastian Alexander would be able to help us. He called us, told us the car hadn’t been in an accident, and he would look into what they could do. Since then we have received no calls, texts, or emails regarding the incident even after attempting to contact them several times. We haven’t even received the piece they said they’d replace for us! Absolute sham of a dealership. This car was a gift for my wife after having our first child so she could have something new, safe, and reliable. They could care less what happens once they get your money, even if it includes selling you a car with damage that was never disclosed or reported. It looks like I’m not the only one who has had this issue either. Don’t buy here, end of story.
