Great first experience
I just purchased my first car from Baxter, and overall, the process was surprisingly pleasant! Stewart was very patient and knowledgeable, and I would absolutely recommend him. The things I liked most were that no one was pushy like the other dealerships I went to, and I was handed a set of keys for a test drive without any interrogation, about a minute into being there. They were also willing to negotiate on price. I was referred to Baxter by two friends (who also purchased their first Subarus there), and definitely will be referring others to them as well. Just a heads up- the road around Westroads Mall can be a little misleading when you are on a test drive. Its not that the vehicle itself is bouncy- its just a really bumpy road. Overall, it was just a very positive experience. 10/10 would buy from again!

Exceeded Expectations
Hadn't bought a new car in 15 years, wasn't really looking forward to it. Let me say that Stewart Akrin my salesman was fantastic. He made my car buying experience A+ and as pain free as possible. Brent McCoid the sales manager gave me a great deal, I don't think I could have done better anywhere else in town. Changed my whole perspective on car buying
I can't say enough about how impressed we were with our experience with Stan Olsen Subaru. Before A couple of weeks ago I absolutely dreaded the buying process. Now I feel good that there is Stan Olsen Subaru. Simply put, it was simple, neat, and honest. I worked with Scott Garvin. I really appreciate how easy he was to work with. He didn't play any games or try anything as many sales associates have at other dealers. He simply gave everything to me straight. He was honest throughout the entire process. I didn't have to invest my whole day at the dealership either. I was there for a little over an hour. Scott showed me all of the cars details and made sure all my questions were answered and then I drove off with my new Subaru. My perspective changed that day. What a relief it is to know that they are in my town.

Exceptional
My wife had been searching for a car for a while. We have always been attracted to Subaru and had heard many great things about how they drive and perform. We were about to buy a used Subaru at another dealership, but the night before we were going to make the purchase, we decided to stop by at Stan Olsen just to see what they had. After a couple hours we drove away in a brand new Subaru that had everything on our wish list and at a great price. Our salesman, Scott Garvin, was exceptionally knowlagable, friendly, and honest. It was very refreshing compared to the previous typical sales people we had delt with. Scott went over every detail in the car and showed us how every gadget worked and how to get the best use out of it. The financing was also very smooth and seamless. I would most definitely recommend Stan Olsen Subaru to anyone.

Best car buying experience we've ever had!
Jim Schall was our salesman. He was so patient with our many questions, and has been very helpful with all aspects of the purchasing process. From the beginning we felt welcomed, and at no point did we feel pressured. I truly never dreamed that purchasing a car could be this enjoyable of an experience. In the past, it has always been something to dread, now we see it doesn't have to be that way thanks to Jim and everyone at Stan Olsen Subaru! I highly recommend him as a salesman and them as a dealership.

Great experience from start to finish
I had been in contact with Stewart for a couple of months prior to ordering a 2015 WRX. He was very polite, timely in his responses, and wasn't ever pushy. He was great about keeping me updated while my car was being built and shipped, easily reached both over the phone and via email, and made sure the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free for me. The other salesmen at the dealership were also very friendly and fun to talk with. I enjoyed talking with them about my trade-in vehicle as well as the WTX I had on order. It wouldn't be fair if I didn't also mention the sale price and value for my trade-in Stan Olsen/Stewart were able to get me; they ordered exactly the car I wanted at an incredibly aggressive price (the lowest out of all 8 dealerships both in, and out of state, that I'd been in contact with in the months leading up to my purchase), and they guaranteed me a very good trade-in value for my Jeep. Once my car arrived, Stewart went above and beyond, coming in early to make sure it was prepped, ID'd, and ready for me to pick up as quickly as possible, and when I went to pick the car up, he had me in and out much, much faster than I had anticipated. He did everything he said he would do, and then some. I'm incredibly happy with both the car and my experience working with Stewart and Stan Olsen, and will be visiting with him again when the time comes to trade-in my wifes car, and would absolutely recommend both Stewart and Stan Olsen to others.

Ross rocks!
Ross was a very knowledgeable sales person about multiple brands! He had no problem showing us whatever we were curious about and he wasn't high pressure! We ended up buying a new car in a brand he doesn't sell just because it's what err looked more, but I wanted the world to know that Ross is great & super helpful & we appreciated it!

3rd times a Charm
We just purchased our 3rd Subaru and I have to say the salesman and staff at Stan Olsen are these are the best group of car guys we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great Customer service. Quickest paperwork ever and once again the salesman spent all the time we needed to explain the features, hook up our phones and made this the best experience so far. GREAT Job!!

Our buying experience was probably the easiest we have ever had at any dealership. Our salesman, Stuart was friendly and very knowledgeable about Subaru's. We traded our 2008 BMW for a new Outback and we couldn't be happier!

New Mazda 3 Purchase
We were in the market for a new car so we stopped in at Stan Olsen on a Sunday and they were open. Other dealers we went past on a Sunday were not. We had decided on a Mazda and were glad to see the dealership open. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful Jermaine Campbell. He discussed the Mazda 3 with us answered all of our questions. During the test drive he explained how everything operated. When we got backwhe discussed vehicle and option prices. During the whole process there was no "what can I do to get you in this vehicle today" business. We told him we'd like to discuss the deal and we'd get back to him. He gave us his card and asked that we call him when we were ready. We knew we wanted the car and were so impressed with Jermaine's demeanor and professionalism that we went back the next afternoon and bought the car. Other dealerships and salespeople can learn a lot from Stan Olsen and Jermaine Campbell. Nothing is more irritating or a bigger turn off that a pushy salesman who is more interested in getting a sale than what the buyer is interested in or making the buyer comfortable. We got the deal we were looking for and our Stan Olsen experience was nothing short of excellent. We will definately recommend Stan Olsen (and Jermaine) to family or friends who are intersted in buying a new car.
