I just bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from Stan Olsen Mazda and had a GREAT experience. I walked in the dealership and was immediately greeted with a salesman who was all too willing to answer my questions and get me in the car I was interested in once it was ready. He didn't rush me. The sale proceeded on my timeline, not theirs which was a nice change. The best part of the experience, besides driving away with my new CX-5, was the no-hassle buying experience. I traded in a Subaru and got exactly the price I asked for. Granted, I did my homework in advance and knew what the fair trade-in value was before negotiating. The point is Stan Olsen quickly gave me the fair offer I was expecting. As for the CX-5 purchase itself, the story is actually better. Before going to the dealership, I checked Stan Olsen's inventory and noticed a number of internet deals on brand new cars, we'll under MSRP (like 3K off MSRP). When I got to the dealership, I simply showed the the VIN number of the car and the deal I wanted and GOT IT! No haggling, no fuss, no back and forth headaches, just good business. So yeah, I'd give Stan Olsen a 5 STAR review and strongly recommend them to my friends.

I have to say that working with David Salber of Stan Olsen Mazda this past week was by far the best customer service I have every had! David worked with me to get me EXACTLY what I wanted and going above and beyond to answering all of my numerous questions. He even took the time to show and explain the many features and gadgets in the car and how to use them. I've had Sales Consultant's in the past that showed me nothing about my new car but David was excellent! I will continue to work with Stan Olsen Mazda for servicing my new car and definitely see if David is still available when I am ready to lease or purchase my next vehicle. Thanks!

I first contacted Stan Olsen via their webpage and got the "eprice" for the Subaru Outback I was looking at. The salesman, Scott Garvin, contacted me with an email, and we negotiated the deal. Researching online, I found Stan Olsen's price to be the best in the region, so I drove to Omaha. One of the things I really liked about the dealership is that they let my husband and I test-drive the car on our own, giving us time to talk about the vehicle. Once I decided to purchase, Scott had our email conversation at hand and wrote up the deal we had agreed upon. This has to be the easiest car buying experience I've ever had!

We had a great experience. Scott, our salesman, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We will let others know of our experience and will return to Stan Olsen when we need another car.

Mike is a no-pressure salesman and answered any/all of my questions without ever trying any of the "get you in a car today!" tactics that so many people expect. He is an enthusiast of the brand and knows his stuff; always appreciated by another enthusiast!
