I had a great experience with your store. I had purchased the 2013 Crosstrek in September and unfortunately was in an accident in November and the car was considered totaled. Scott Garvin called me after he noticed the vehicle to make sure we were ok. Which I thought was incredibly nice. After all the insurance issues were taken care of we (my fiancé and I) decided to return to your store and speak with Scott again. He is so wonderful to work with. Always great to speak with and makes a person feel very comfortable.

Enjoyed my experience! Albert Saigh did a super job getting me fitted with the type of car I wanted. He listened to all of my various criteria and measured cargo spaces, and various other features and functions. I have had the car about a month now and like it more each day. Al pointed out the precise handling feature as well as the Outback's ability to get around in snowy and icy conditions. Al took time to explain all the features of the car and said to call at any time if I had any questions. The financial person did a great job displaying all the information up front, so the were no "got cha's" when we had completed the process. I was able to get a slightly better loan rate on this 2011 than my wife got from a different dealer on a new car. I have already recommended Stan Olsen to people whom I have met. Jerry

Mike Lovejoy over on the Subaru side did a tremendous job. I appreciated the way he acted more like an enthusiast and less like the traditionally portrayed car salesman. He was knowledgeable, amiable and eager to provide exemplary service. I never felt rushed or pushed and within 30 minutes of setting foot on the lot, I knew I wanted to buy a car from Mike. I would certainly recommend, and have already recommended to a few people, that anyone looking for a car should consider a Subaru. Furthermore, they should visit Mike Lovejoy to buy it.

I was very happy with my experience at Stan Olsen. This is the second time I have worked with you, after previously working with the “other” Subaru dealer in town. I have been very happy with my Subaru cars over the years and the Stan Olsen crew is always helpful in getting me in the car I want, at a fair price. I was especially pleased with the process this time. From the first phone call I had with Scott, he was very helpful in providing answers to my questions and following up with me to see if I had any additional questions – but he was never pushy at all. His relaxed, no-hassle approach made me want to buy a car from him. I appreciate his honesty and follow-up throughout the entire process. In addition, I met with Brent who was no-hassle as well. I told him where I wanted to be for a payment and he made it happen. I picked up my car the next day. I also thought Scott had a lot of knowledge about Subaru cars. He did a great job with the delivery too. Took time to walk me through what was different from my old legacy to this model. Set me up with my Bluetooth in the car and explained several other features. When he noticed that the back seat in the new car wasn’t completely detailed to his satisfaction, he went and got a rag and some cleaner to clean it himself. He also went the extra step to explain window tinting and recommended a place to get it done. Even offering to set up an appointment on the same day that my remote car start would be installed and offering a replacement vehicle to make it more convenient for me. His knowledge of subaru and attention to detail added to the great customer experience!

Stan Olsen Mazda far exceeded the experience that I hoped to have! I leased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from them and everyone was so helpful. The process was done extremely quickly when you work with people who are knowlegeable in what they are selling. David Salber was my salesperson and he answered all my questions and was very helpful getting me acquainted with my new vehicle, setting up bluetooth, answering all my questions about the car, etc. I traded in a 2006 Grand Prix and am very glad I made the move to a Mazda. I give them a 5-star rating because I feel like they deserve it, very efficient! I will be doing business with Stan Olsen for many years to come. I will definitely recommend Stan Olsen Mazda to all my friends and family! Thanks again! =) I'm thrilled with my new ride!

I am extremely happy with my overall experience. I have been in the market for two months now test driving here and there and doing research on all different CUVs and Mike Lovejoy was by far the best salesmen I encountered. He had extensive product knowledge and a light touch, he gave me the information that I needed to make a big decision without the pressure that I felt at other dealerships. He understood that me walking away was not the end of the world and it worked because I came back and bought the Forester. I would definitely recommend Mike Lovejoy when friends or family were in the market for a vehicle. It is very early in the ownership of my new Forester but so far I am very impressed and can see myself with a Subaru for a long time.

My experience at Stan Olsen was phenomenal. If you were to ask me to rate the experience on a 1-10 scale with 10 being the best, I would go with a "10". Mike Lovejoy was a tremendous salesman and was very helpful with me getting accustomed to the new car features. What I was most impressed about was the floor manager, Brent, meeting me and working on a deal to where he eventually congratulated me on the purchase. My first Subaru purchase was through Beardmore, and I would say your customer service was far superior based on my recent purchase. I definitely plan on recommending Stan Olsen Subaru to friends and family over other competitors. Thank you for making a pleasant car buying experience.

This was my first time buying a car at Stan Olsen. From the moment I arrived at the dealership until the time we drove off in our new (used) car, we were treated with respect and kindness. Our salesman, Tom Hyke, was phenomenal. He was not pushy, knew his stuff, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. It was evident that he was not, nor anyone at Stan Olsen, trying to mislead me in any way, and they were very willing to work with me, in doing some minor corrections to the body work, as it had not even been cleaned up, when I arrived to JUST LOOK. I feel like I got a great deal with my car and I couldn't be happier.I bought a 2010 SUBARU FORESTER with VERY LOW mileage and I LOVE it! It drives wonderfully and you can't beat it, cant wait for winter to see how it gets around... as I am TOLD it will AMAZE ME.. If I had to buy another car, I would certainly return back to Stan Olsen and I would highly recommend them and our salesman, Tom, to anyone. Great customer service, great cars, and very satisfied customer . Also LOVE the Guys in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, as I ordered some Extras, and the Part Man and Service Guys were Awesome TOO... OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
