Bought a used certified pre owned on a Friday tires are bad tried talking to them Monday with no such luck on getting assistance. 39,0000 miles on the vehicle. Coworkers son the following week was looking at a 2014 used car from budget center tires were brand new... also had concerns about a big dent in the tire and was told it's normal... so I now get to buy brand new tires on a new car.... to say im disappointed is am understatement. I tried texting the sales guy who was so quick to respond before purchase to not have a single reply after the sale was made and my concerns were known.

Buying a new car is stressful. Holiday Mazda deliberately made it easier and less stressful. They were knowledgeable of their cars and very professional. I also found it refreshing that their sales representatives do not get commissions, so they do not try and sell me something that I didn't want. The experience was very good. I recommend this dealership.
