Refused to assist with repairs their own employees

Refused to assist with repairs their own employees created. Not trustworthy, unethical practice. Car is still broken and won't allow personal items to be removed, moved to offsite location without advising owner and charging 1000 for tow. DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!

My experience at was fantastic! The sales team, especially Alex, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured me. They helped me find the perfect car at a great price and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The finance department was also very helpful in explaining all my options. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Mazda! Thank you Alex and Holiday Mazda!
