Re-check breaks
There was a discrepancy in my brakes condition from 9/2018 and 12/2018 vehicle inspection reports. When I brought this to the attention of Lance Gansky, he acted upon it immediately. They rectified the situation to my complete satisfaction.

Service dept took us ahead of our scheduled time, advised us of a recall, and immediately began work on our car. We told Chris we would like to go to the mall , he accommodated our request, Kyle took us and picked us up. Overall a real nice experience

Engine software update
vehicle was accepted early, service adviser courteous and helpful. wait time 1 hour. good coffee, comfortable lounge.. this was a manufacturers update dealing with the engine computer. no cost to me
