Always satisfied at Jenkins Kia, Ocala.

I went to Jenkins for an oil change and left with a new car. Because I am closing in on retirement, Jamie explained to me it would make sense to have a newer car almost paid, then purchasing a car with 4-5 year's to pay at retirement. With Guy's help, we stuck a deal. I thank both of them!

Great experience!

I had a 60,000 mile service and knew it would take a while. Even though I was offered a shuttle to a nearby mall a couple of times, I waited there until it was finished. The waiting area for service is quite extraordinary! Free coffee, water, snacks, Wifi, TV. The only thing missing is a lazyboy! LOL My service consultant Chris kept me informed throughout the visit regarding status completion. Even the service manager came up to me twice to see if there was anything I needed.

PERFECT

Jenkins KIA is a great place to purchase a car, my sales person was Tyler Coger. We looked at a lot of cars and Tyler was professional, patient and understanding during the whole process. The sales/financial staff is excellent and the service department is outstanding.

Great experience

I had a great experience at the service department today. I called yesterday to inquire regarding a possible service needed and he answered promptly, called me back promptly with all of the information needed me got me in for an appointment the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted and checked in promptly by two friendly gentlemen. Mike kept in touch with what was going on etc. He was very professional and friendly. The female service advisor was very friendly also. The waiting area catered to myself and my four year old which was an added bonus. I highly recommend coming here and if I need service again I will be asking for Mike.

Great Dealership...except for one thing...

Fabio is a great salesman and everyone was excellent to deal with including the service department. The only downside is that they have multiple thousands of dollars of dealer add-ons that if you don't want them it is too late and they can't take them off (for example coatings, etc). I get that the dealership makes money off of the add-ons but when it comes to things like expensive coatings, that should be added at the customers concurrence after the sale of the vehicle.

Fantastic Service

Arrived a half hour early, 8:00am, thanks to no traffic and was taken right away. We were in our car and leaving by 8:45am..
