Excellent experience

Picking up our new Kia Cadenza- everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly from John Szylin in finance to Jamie Fielding-sales, Fabio Neal, and Anjolee Blount seen today. Our first visit was with service with Joel Downing and Lance Gansky, and then sales and leasing with Jamie Fielding and Guy Rodas. Also everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly then also. And I saw Pete Palys who I had worked with at Jenkins Hyundai for many years. It was like seeing an old friend. He was always superb - professional, courteous, helpful and friendly and I am very happy that he is now at Kia.

Jenkins Kia in Ocala is the the best place to be!

I've been a customer since 2013 and on my 3rd Kia. They take very good care of my car every time I pull in for service and answer any questions I have. I'm treated with the utmost respect and my car is always in tip-top shape before I pull out. My heroes!!

This Dealership was a very pleasent experience for us.

I am a Kia customer since 2006. I will say that is my 3rd purchase from Kia and what amazing, professional staff they here in Ocala Fl. I received a call from Jamie Fielding to come in to discuss my trade in. The experience was excellent, courteous and professional. I met Guy Rodas also who is awesome at his Job and together Jamie and Guy did their best to get us the best deal and experience we could ask for. We also met Fabio that explained the details of our car functions. Pete in Financing great person as well. Jamie, Guy, Pete & Fabio were just great people that were excellent, courteous and professional at all times. We got a great car and very happy over all. The only thing I will say is I wish they gave me nice new Kia Key chain for my car... LOL Thanks everyone for great service!!! Mr & Mrs Mazzotti.

Great!!

The service department was extremely fast and friendly service! The new building is awesome as well. They offer a variety of snacks and refreshments and a safe children’s play area while you wait for your vehicle.

Maintenance on my 2017 Sportage

This is a great place to buy and maintain a car! They get you in right away when you need an appointment, and they let you know how long it will take. They know your time is important too!
