No pressure
Jamie was so nice. He could see I was nervous about the process but he made me feel comfortable and I left feeling like I got a great deal and great service. JB also worked hard for me to make sure I felt comfortable in my payments and did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted with the right price.

Oil change
I was greeted immediately upon entering the dealership, the person who greeted me (I’m sorry don’t remember his name) was very polite. He took the needed information and we then went inside where I was greeted by Lance Gansky who explained in detail what would be done to my vehicle, he took me to the waiting area, which is beautiful and showed me where everything was located, and my vas ready within the time frame I was given. It’s always a pleasure to go there.

Wonderful service for an out-of-state traveler on I 75.
While traveling through the Ocala area, I experienced problems with my 2013 Sorrento. I checked online and found the nearest Kia Dearlership was only a few miles away. I drove there and the problem was quickly diagnosed by Chris in the service department. Within a couple of hours the repairs had been made and I was able to continue my journey to Bonita Springs, arriving on the same day as scheduled. As a single older woman traveling alone, I was grateful for the prompt attention to the problem and also for the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff at Jenkins Kia. My siincere thanks to Chris and everyone at the dealership for their wonderful service!

The service tech Callie was great. She reviewed my lease and knew of some things covered by the lease contract that were covered like alignment and wipers that I had forgotten. Great to work with.

180629 New Key Fob
Wife lost 2nd key fob and need to replace it. Chris Hansen got it done for me and told me how to get in touch with "Crossroads" program to get reimbursed for my key fob under their replacement program.
